My first time and the receptionist had the personality of a mop. She was not friendly whatsoever. She was splotched in her chair, did not greet you the way a receptionist- who is clearly the first opinion you will get. They should get someone else that has a personality and cares. I would replace her in a heartbeat

Rude and uncaring service providers. Argumentative and ignorant. I asked them insurance questions and their answer was that they didnt know. I feel like they were trying to hustle me so I will be getting a second opinion. Never coming back

I’ve been to ASPEN Dental three times now and had an excellent service each time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and go the extra mile for their patients.
Madeline did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was very thorough and thoughtful throughout the process.
Dr. Tuan and his assistant, Angelique, put fillings in for me. They both made me very comfortable and I never felt any pain. They explained the procedure during the entire process and it was over before I knew it.
I highly recommend ASPEN Dental.

I've made so many appointments with this company but canceled. I was too self conscious of how I looked. But when I finally walked through the door. Everyone was so pleasant. But one stood out the most it was the dental assistant Emily. She was so kind and made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing. She listened to me go on and on and never interrupted. She just had encouraging words to say. Thanks Emily for all that you do and being a big part of a wonderful team. 😀

I believe that Aspen dental is a great place once you are in the chair however, if you had anything done and you try calling the office you are not going to get through to anyone in most cases. I am not sure what is going on once I called and got through and I was told that I missed my visit but i did not . The fact is that not only did i not missed my appointment but that same day i paid over $1400. I tried explaining that to the person on the phone she asked me to hold on placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. The dental work they do is good but the customer service is very poor.

I had a pleasant experience at my first appointment with Aspen Dental (very much the opposite of what my anxiety told me it'd be like). The front staff was nice & efficient. Someone helped me with an insurance issue. Angelic & Audrey were so kind, warm, & understanding. Dr. Herbst was a short visit, but he was patient & compassionate.
I have another appointment in a few days for a filling, so we'll see how that goes. But so far, my experience has been great!
