Staff was nice. Doctor doesn't care if you are in pain. Probably things everyone is a junkie....smirks when you ask for pain medication because seventh counter medications are not working. Then after the smirk I get told I'll give you a little something to help and ita more Ibuprofen! Ummm....I've already eaten an entire bottle this past week and I am here to fix my tooth andy pain. Ok so now are you going to fix my liver too! Then while I am in pain and tears are just rolling down my face. The financial lady wants to tell me a story about her mom being a pill junkie!! See....so you think I'm a junkie when all I want to do is sleep take care of my kids and work. But I can because you think I just want pills. Within 42 hours I was at a second dentist office. They helped me out with the pain and I have an appointment to have everything fixed. Ita going to cost me almost 1800 more through them but it's ok because Aspen Dental does not care about their patients just the pocket book

At the South county location Jackie and Dr. Shah are THE BOMB!!
I normally dont do Dentists well as any other one Ive ever been to hurt me due to being Military Dentists and basically giving Ibuprofen for pain. So It had been a while since Ive been to one.
I came in with a cracked tooth...missing the filling and developed an Absess.
These ladies took awesome care of me and made sure that I was at ease and completely comfortable every step of the way.
Jackie prepped me...took my vitals then gave Dr. Shah the thumbs up to start.
Dr. Shah although young...knows her stuff and does everything she can for her patients.
Although the shots Dr. Shah gave me to numb the area hurt more than having a Brazilian wax and made me want to burn her at the stake...did the job and she was able to extract the bad tooth without me even feeling anything.
Its for these reasons Ill definately be back to these ladies and get my dental work done without any fear.

Takes longer than any other dental office. I guess because they explain everything. I went there in severe pain for an infected tooth, I got to the pharmacy only to discover that they only gave me antibiotics and nothing for the pain......Grrrr

They did a wonderful job of disrupting my life and injuring . And charged me $144 . 2 months I am living on soup and ensure and spent 6 days in hosp looking for an active bleed which was not in my gi tract
