Unprofessional. They scheduled me for impacted wisdom tooth extraction and then I waited for 40 minutes before they attended to me and when I was about to get my extraction they said they cannot do it and they will refer me to an oral surgeon and I have to wait for the response. I waited for 4 hours and called back and apparently the surgeon already told them that they cannot do it. Waste of time. They didn't give my xray copies when I was there and they said it's faster to get it personally and I will have to wait for 24-48 hours before I can get it. Total waste of time and unprofessional. They don't have the sense of urgency and importance to their customers' time.

I went here for a second opinion on an extraction identified as needing 'surgical extraction' ($200 out of pocket) by the first dentist. Aspen offers the same full free exam but have a FAR more comprehensive x ray scan. They did a full assessment and went over the numbers in detail BEFORE proceeding. (The first dentist explained the difference between surgical and simple - with surgical work being outsourced to a surgeon... then pulled my tooth with some grinding and yanking involved, intact. After, they tell me it was surgical because he had to grind on the socket... and so the bill was four times what was understood...) In contrast, Aspen explained on molars, they usually begin by charging as 'surgical' and if it comes out easily, they issue you credit. That's what happened with my tooth. They shot me up with extra numbing and I'll say they succeeded in essentially a painless extraction experience, and only charged me for the 'simple' extraction. Aspen also did a FAR better job deep cleaning and great follow up with just enough awesome painkillers, though I hardly needed them.

I have never had tooth pain before my situation now. I went there to get an exam and I need a lot of dental work done. Bridges, root canal etc. The staff was nice but the doctor was not at all. I am in so much pain it is worse than child birth. I know antibiotics will help the inflammation but it takes a couple of days to really kick in. I asked for some pain medication since I have been taking ibuprofen for a week and it does not help at all. This doctor smirked at me like 'oh, just another pill popper'. Then said I'll give you something to help for a couple days. I was like cool, then she writes me a prescription for 800 mg of ibuprofen!! Another slap in my face!! I'm sorry that they guy you were just working on was being super aggressive about getting pain meds because tramadol did nothing for him. So I get looked at like I dont need it!? Now I'm at work with tears just rolling down my face. I talk a lot at my job and now I get to hurt even more. I will never go back and I suggest if you are in pain dont go there either. I need over 8 grand worth of dental work done and you dont think i need so pain meds. I hate you Aspen Dental and I will do my best to spread the word!

My boyfriend came in Fri with an infected abcess tooth. He wants to thank Mya for being the calming effect between him and Dr. Per my boyfriend him and the Dr were not getting along. He would like to give her 6 STARS IF HE COULD. Also want to thank (sorry forgot name) lady who helped us with treatment plan.
She was being as helpful as should could considering are circumstances.
A couple of things: my boyfriend was not pleased with the DR bedsise manner he did not seem to care that he was in excruciating pain and felt everything when tooth was pulled. No antibiotics or pain meds.
Also it would be nice if they were a little more lenient with their payment process comsidering A: no ins and B: no money due to being layed off for covid.

I literally cannot say enough about how amazing I was treated! The dentist seen how much pain I was in during the xray and had me stop so he could numb me to get me out of pain. The assistants were so kind and caring, I found my permanent dental clinic

I was initially told I would need to pay 60% of $3000+ to get my teeth dealt with (which admittedly was very frustrating and overwhelming), but a great deal of diligence and patience on Miss Laura's part changed this dramatically. I am now able to get the majority of the work done with no upfront cost. Thank you all so much for all your help.

Best place ever I’ve been following dr alex for a few years now he has the best technique that I barley feel pain. His office lady’s are outstanding and work with you on scheduling and billing especially Courtney she was able to explain and break everything down with billing so I understood. Definitely will be back and will definitely recommend this location.
