Even though they told me they tried to call me to verify my appointment ( said my cell number was busy🤦🏾‍♀️). The office staff was very friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable and Bianca the office manager was amazing and very easy to talk with, I would recommend the Brentwood location to anyone needing quality dental care

From the initial phone call to the conversation going over procedures and billing at the end of my first visit everyone I interacted with seemed very nice and cognitve to everything I said. Consistently asking if I had any questions and very eager to discuss anything I did question.
It has been many many years since my last visit to any dentist office. Due to lack of caring how i felt or anything I tried to ask or say to the doctor.
Well I was in desperate need to see a dentist, severe pain.
I heard of Aspen Dental and hesitantly made an appointment.
I started feeling more at ease with every previously seen patient that walked out with a smile on their face.
By the time I walked out I was not only feeling better but am actually looking forward to my upcoming procedure wothout hesitance maybe a bit nervous but I will be back to post my final results later this week.
Thank you all at Aspen Dental in South St. Louis County you all are top notch and I will see you soon.

I love the staff their Everyone their was so nice the doctor the office manager the staff they were all super nice the dental office not sure whats her name Maybe Lindsay she was beyond nice if There were 10 stars I will give her 10 stars even 20 this lady new what she was doing she was the nicest person I met in a long time this office on Lemay was beyond excellent

SCAM. I went in for a cleaning and one filling. The lady called my insurance as I sat there, bragged about how amazing my insurance coverage was. Gave me a patient estimate of $351.80 to be paid up front. This was paid 5/07, my appt. and dental work was completed on 05/11. Aspen billed me for $922.80- by billing me under an out of network provider. I saw one hygienist and two dentists. I was billed under the one dentist who I saw for a total of 10 minutes and was out of network. I spoke with Cigna who said "it is the providers responsibility to contact Cigna with the specific dentist's name to check into coverage and give an estimate based on that information, this dentist contract ended back on 05/31/20." I asked Cigna if Aspen would have known it would be billed this way as it seems absurd for an estimate to be off by almost $1000.00! Cigna's response was ABSOLUTELY! They had the information necessary to provide an accurate estimate. Cigna said they should resubmit the claim based off of how they submitted the estimate as they had the appropriate information to do so but billed differently. This seems like such a scam. I was also told they Aspen is known for this sort of this thing and they are going to help me file a proper complaint if this is not resolved. I had a cleaning and 1 filling, paid $351.80 up front then billed for an additional $922.80. The lady bragging about how amazing my coverage is really irks me. This is a mistake made on either her end for falsifying the estimate, or billing incorrectly.

I want to start by saying I’m completely terrified of the dentist due to previous trauma. Well after meeting Brittany Ann and Dr. Matt i don’t think I’ll ever have that problem again. They both were so gentle and patient with me even while i cried 😩🤣. I will definitely be going back to Aspen Dental thanks to them and will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

First review I’ve ever written before. Really wanted to like this place. Now I’m going to have to have a different dentist fix everything they messed up. First time was great. But it’s like once they got my almost $1000 deposit that things went down hill. You never see the same doctor. The staff bad mouthed other staff right in front of me. The second doctor did some kind of cold tests to test nerves and then when I told him that the first doctor put me on antibiotics, he said well it was pointless to do these tests, after the fact. Had he even looked at my chart, he would have known. Last time in, the assistant said it would take longer to num me then do the procedure. So had to fight threw the pain. The permanent bridge they put in is messed up so that my bite is off now. Can’t smile or chew right. I paid a hefty price for not good work.

I was very pleased with the service and staff. Am definitely sticking with Aspen. However, upon leaving, I was given a very nice Oral B electric toothbrush. I thought it was a wonderful gesture only to find out that I was billed $135 for it. I was never asked if I wanted one and was not advised I was being billed for it upon payment. I will be addressing this at my next visit.

Very nice people. Clean and inviting place. Only Two things that slightly bothered me was how long i waited in the first waiting room. And after I was examined I was escorted into another waiting room where I sat for even longer, bout an hour. And the second thing was after seeing the hygienist she informed me I did good on flossing and my gums we're decently taken care of considering I haven't visited a dentist in a decade, but after the dentist examined me she informed me of the opposite, how I needed to focus on flossing better. Overall wasn't a bad experience, but honestly I almost feel like visiting some place else just to have a second opinion.

Great experience for first time visiting. They did complete x-rays and walked me through the process of what needs to be done. Went through the whole billing process also. The staff is super friendly and made me feel relaxed. I would recommend going here. This office is in SoCo

I really appreciate how down to earth everyone is and how patient and kind they all are. The dental assistant Nayla is amazing and so is Dr. Gaynier! Actually everyone was but I can’t quite remember everyone’s names. All in all great dental practice that I will continue to go to.
