Aspen Dental is awful to deal with. I broke my denture they made in half after only 2 years. Getting it fixed and adjusted has been a nightmare. I have throat cancer and need these to eat anything, but no one really cares. They somehow canceled my appointment by accident and now my denture is cutting into my gum making it bleed and they still won't see me for another 2 days! I wish I could go somewhere else but because of my warranty I HAVE to deal with these people

I had a toothache and couldn't get into my regular dentist for over a week. Aspen dentist got me in the next morning and were great. Every employee I had interactions with were polite, caring and knowledgeable. Since the experience was so good I will be dropping my other dentist and going to Aspen Dental.

This location has been horrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They've cancelled my wife's appointments with less than 24 hour notice three consecutive times. Don't waste your time like they wasted ours.

Everyone was very friendly from the time I walked in the door and until I left. Zach who I assume just started their maid me feel so at ease He is great. The doctor explained to me all the issues that I have with my mouth. They help me set up a payment plan. And I am looking forward to going back on Thursday to have my issue fixed.

They were amazing! They knew how worried I was and terrified of the dentist. They gave me multiple options and didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was a problem for making them stop so much. In fact they joked with me, made me feel welcome and took me through the entire process.
