Great experience with Aspen! Staff were all helpful and professional appointment went smooth all my questions and concerns were addressed, able to schedule me after work so I didn’t have to take a day off. 2 visits I was done. Shout out to Megan who was my dental assistant for both visits!

The first time I went to Aspen was a great experience. Everyone was so kind and non judgemental about the work I needed. They were willing to work with me on the expenses and their work was quick and easy. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend that you do too!😀

Started out fine , until They charged Me for out of network prices. Originally sat down with The finance Person . She assured Me that it was all in network . When I went in for supposedly deep root gum cleaning, I was informed that I had to pay 500 dollars more than the 500 payment plan . I fought for 3 weeks to show proof the on the contract.

Almost got completely ripped off. You are making a huge financial mistake to yourself getting work done here. They lure you in with a free xray and exam. I was hurt several times getting the xrays. It was a nightmare. They claimed i had several cavities which i did not have, then the other work i needed done they wanted several thousands for and i went elsewhere and got it done for much less than $1000. I don't know how this place has good reviews. Don't get a line of credit here, don't buy their sales pitch. If it sounds completely out of line, it probably is... I strongly urge you to get another opinion by calling another dentist about what you need to get done before you give this place a penny. Beware!

Broke 9/14 on removal for denture's! Dr.Shaa is a butcher! She only told me 1 tooth was broken until after the removals or should I say after breaking 9 of my teeth out of my head! I had told her of previous Early dental treatment that left me with a phobia about dentists! I was told repeatedly that I would feel no pain,only pressure while teeth were removed. I impressed on her I didn't want to feel pain during or after! She lied again. I'd advised her I had been on opiates for 22 yrs from the VA and had stopped when my late gf got Early onset dementia from a reaction to hydrocodone. I tried to get her to understand I would have a high tolerance, assurances aside I was given totolly useless meds. Next day a real dentist from a different Aspen dental clone had no problem fixing her Foul up!

EVERYONE AT THIS OFFICE IS BEYOND AMAZING!!! Let just start with I am absolutely terrified of dental work and for that reason I waited till my teeth were literally rotting out of my head to go.I was also so distraught about what the cost would be that I just wanted to give up. But the crew at aspen was not going to let that happen,they were determined to make me smile again, dr.matt got a plan in place for me and Courtney help alot with the financial part. Now here I am a few visits later no longer in pain with a beautiful smile I am so grateful for all they have done for me

Just wanted to express my appreciation I have for the staff at the south county location today! I came in having horrible pains from a recent filling and they took the time to take a look and when they couldn’t find or see anything wrong they still didn’t give up on me! Without all the details I can say it has only been a couple hours since my visit and I’m feeling great and not in any pain, thank you!! 🙌🙌

From Tony at the front desk to Meagan getting x-rays, Dr. Sonn explaining what my option were which I’ve never had with other dentist, to Kelly who sat with me and explained what needed to be done how much and how to get all done. For a reasonable price. They also help me get an appt with a specialist to get the other work done they couldn’t do for a way cheaper cost them other dental places. They also have a payment plan for you if you get the dental care credit card.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They always greet you by name when you walk in the door. I had several appointments with them and always left feeling good because they treat everyone with respect. There are not alot of companies that do that anymore. I am glad that I had my dental work done with this aspen dental and the aspen dental in Lee's Summit missouri. Thank you all for all you did for me. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs dental work done.
