I do not recommend for anyone who struggles with autism or anxiety.

Before going to the appointment, I explained over the phone that I struggle with anxiety and will need them to explain what they are doing as they do it. The lady who did the X-rays was really good with that.

But, when it came to the check up, they did that thing that pokes the gums and it hurt, so I yelped out in pain a few times. The dentist had the nerve to tell me that what I feel isn't actually pain, but I'm just anticipating pain. Like, I know my body. I know when I feel pain. She then went to put the mirror in my mouth, but yelped so I jumped up startled. She said, "I screamed so you don't have to. See? It's just a mirror. It's not gonna hurt you." She was very condescending.

At the end, they told me that my tooth pain was just anxiety and that I need to learn better ways to handle stress. My tooth still hurts. They did nothing for me except create a level of distrust toward the dental community.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the payment plan option was necessary for me, as all of my funds are tied up in buying a house. The filling they put on my chipped tooth looks unbelievable! I can't recommend these people enough!

Great people, starting at the front desk with Mike. Worked with Ashton, Dr. Sonn, & Kelly, the office manager. The office is bright & cheerful, with fascinating artwork to keep your eyes happy. I was very impressed & have already recommended this office to a friend.

I had not had a bad experience at Aspen until my last visit. During my exam I was told that I had a cavity in a tooth and a fracture so that i would require a crown. Not what I wanted to hear, but ok. I was told that I would talk with the billing department to discuss cost, scheduling and options. That was fine as I had done that before. It seems that day there was a trainee in that department working with the regular person. Fine. The problem arose with the trainee. I do not have dental insurance and the trainee continued to harp on my to get insurance even after I told her that if I could afford it I would have it. It did not stop her from continuing to go on about it. When we started talking about the crown, I told them that i would not be able to afford the $1400 and asked about options. The trainee then proceeded to tell me that if I had gotten the filling taken care of in December (which I was not told I had one at that appointment) it would not have gotten to the point I needed a crown. I had to tell her twice that if I had known I needed a filling at that point I would have had it taken care of. She did not pay attention to that at all.
I had decided to come to Aspen Dental as I was under the impression that it was a clinic that worked with you and was understanding of the needs of its patients. I did not appreciate being harassed and belittled.

I am really glad I came to Aspen Dental.Everyone there are great. Dr. Sonn is amazing he talks to you and helps you understand what's going to be done.He is also great with pain control.Others there Megan LaWanda were great They really add to the office. And they stay with thru what ever procedure is being done which helps a lot if you are scared to death like I was.And we can not forget Kelly she is so nice and beyond helpful. Highly dissappointed. They gave me an estimate that was wrong. I paid the difference before cleaning and filling only to get billed again for $280. Communication between billing and insurance is sketchy at best. They never returned my calls. My bite is off from two minor fillings which I believe now was a lie. I don't think I had any cavities. Please do not go here. Someone just trying to save another the hassel and aggravation of bad denistry.

I have to say I am scared to death when I go to the dentist. However, the doctor and all of the other people in this office made me feel very comfortable. I have to go back for work but think all will go well.

I now have gone back for a deep cleaning and
the hygienist was amazing. No pain!! She made me feel very comfortable.

They insisted on doing xrays of all my teeth and I just went in there for a small front tooth chip. I told them I had xrays about six months ago, I also told them I could not afford it. They told me it was free for first visit. Then they said they needed to clean my teeth also. I assumed everything was free for first visit. Then they did a Floride treatment. I thought I would go along with it because after they get done they would fill the tiny chip in my front tooth. Instead they made me another appointment to get the only thing I came in there for. I contacted my dentist and he told me floride treatments are not supposed to be done as we get floride in water, toothpaste and some foods. When all was done they had me get a credit card for future services. I walked out with a new credit card I did not want, tooth wasn't fixed and I was charged for cleaning, floride treatment and cancer treatment none of which I wanted. They take you in and hustle you so fast through each room you don't know what next. Watch out seniors bring family member in to get what you came from.

Highly recommend this facility. Employees are extremely friendly and skilled at their jobs. They make you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in. The office and clinical areas are spotless and extremely modern. This is a very good organization.
