Where do I begin I cant say enough good things about the Dentist and staff at Aspen Dental on Lemay Ferry rd. From the time I made the appointment I received professional and kindness care. When I walked in the office I was in pain embarrassed having broken teeth and no insurance. From the front staff to the xrays, hygienist, Dentist they all made me completely comfortable. They all went out of there way to make sure to accommodate me. When I left I was no longer in pain. And also had a plan to take care of the remaining issues in my mouth. Praise JESUS for leading me to Aspen Dental Office. Thank You to all the staff and Dentist at Aspen Dental Lemay Ferry

When I was being treated by the dentist I did not appreciate the fact that 3 dental assistants would come in and dance and laugh really loudly while I'm laying there in pain, not to mention the obnoxious music that was super loud which makes it feel like you're at a 70's lounge.
It just seemed very unprofessional.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for office fun and good mood, but there's always a time and place to dance and laugh loudly and it certainly isn't while patients are laying there in pain with mouth open.
The Doctor is professional and laid back so I understand him not saying anything to the Assistants with being too loud. I love the office, but I hope they think about those little things that makes a big impact on the patients experience.
I will change my rating after my next visit.

Came in for cleaning and check up, great professional Hygienists. They obviously did a great job in the initial visit because my gums were recovering well. As long as the hygienist stays here, I will definitely be back.

Went in for 6 month cleaning (took lots of X-Rays and exam) They attempted to sell extremely flap cleaning)(even though I have no and
have NEVER had any gum disease) I would NOT go for that scam
Then refused to do a normal cleaning had to go to another dentist
for that service. No stars is my rating

Aspen Dental is Amazing!! I went there for the 1st time yesterday and was nervous about going.. Jordan did my X Ray's and stuff and was Amazing about helping me feel more comfortable.
When it came to finding out how much everything was going to cost to get all my work done, Cortney Boyer was simply amazing and so very helpful!! Thank you Aspen Dental for making me feel welcomed and important

The entire staff is so nice & just all around has a positive vibe throughout the office. This is so very important to me considering I cannot even step into a dentist office literally without anxiety medication due to my extreme fear of the dentist. Dr. Matt Gaynier & his assistant Mya performed my 3 root canals & extraction. They are both absolutely AMAZING!!!! They went out of their way to ease my anxiety in any way they possibly could. Mya even asked me what kind of music I would like to listen to to help me relax. They were both so extremely patient with me. I raised my hand a few times simply because I needed to give my jaw a break considering my procedures was very time consuming. Dr. Matt literally thanked ME for making him aware of what I needed!!! Neither of them ever seemed irritated or frustrated the entire time I was there. They were very positive & in good spirits the entire time. Mya was so very kind by putting Vaseline in my lips during small breaks. This may not seem like a big deal to most but considering my procedures took approximately 6 hours due to my own lack of proper care of my teeth over the years. Mya went over & beyond to take care of anything & everything she could do my checkout quick & easy for me so I could get home & get some rest. I cannot even begin to tell you how caring, patient, calm, happy, empathetic, just all around absolutely amazing Dr. Matt & Mya are!!! I have never felt so comfortable sitting in a dentist chair in my entire life, which again is more important to me than anyone can imagine. Taylor & Cortney check you out. They were so helpful & were happy to explain all of my insurance & financial questions about my procedures today, as well as other things i need done. I would 100% recommend DrM!!! Thank you so much for giving me my very first positive dental experience!!!

The dentist came in to say everything looks great and to keep doing what I am doing. But then, the hygienist came in and tried to sell me on a preventative maintenance plan for $1900. I told her, all I want is to have my teeth cleaned. She said “no,”we don’t work that way. You will need to do this alternative plan in order for us to be able to work with you. I told her no, I think that I should go to a traditional dentist. This place was a waste of my time. But the staff was friendly.
