Went in with cellulitus in my face from an abscess. The dentist told me that I needed all of my teeth pulled on top and a set of dentures. The dentist I saw did nothing for my pain. I had to go to the emergency room the next day and be put on I.V. antibiotics and get treated for my pain. Needless to say, I got a second opinion. I need 2 fillings and one root canal, not aset of dentures! I felt pressured and the lack of care was horrendous. They seemed money hungry to me! I do not recommend this business.

Wish I would have read the abd reviews before going. Seems like the "deep clran" is a scam and they are not supposed to do it one session and failed to stress that leaving me with my teeth hurting when they didn't when I came in. Staff is sweet but the way they have them work is not right they said they would see what I'd be approved for then go over treatment and such. I like family owned for this reason.

I have horrible anxiety problems and I am terrified of the dentist. I’ve been here 3 times and each time every staff member is very patient with me. They constantly check how I am doing during procedures, and don’t seem frustrated at all when I ask for breaks. Everyone there has a very warm personality and I appreciate them. They are very good about explaining what is happening and what to expect. I had to have a crown put in and they did a fabulous job. Love them. :)

Laura wouldn't let me make an appointment without payment I never had to pay to make an appointment anywhere I really want to pull my race card because I doubt anyone else had to do that. I came in for one tooth I was in alot of pain and they wasted so much time on other teeth that I wasn't concerned about. I had a terrible first experience with Aspen can go on and on about it. I usually go to Nikodem Dental which is right down the street they are much better I should've never tried to leave them.

This is the best dentist's office I've ever been to! Very up front about pricing, very personable, and enjoyed talking to everyone there. Seems like they genuinely enjoy their work and have made it a great atmosphere to be in. Their technology was also awesome, I got a full 3D scan of my teeth so I could actually see what they were explaining. Mya and Dr. Matthew Gaynier were so helpful and nice.

I hadn't seen a dentist in years and was dreading the experience, but the staff put me at ease from the moment I walked into the waiting room - very friendly and professional, no judgment or recrimination. Dr Matt and Dr Amani (it's all first names there) resolved my immediate problem in the first visit - extracted roots remaining from a long-gone tooth - and gave me several options for dealing with longer term issues. Mya was especially friendly and informative during the x-rays and imaging phase, and Courtney gave me a very clear and precise explanation of the financial details, and what my dental insurance would and wouldn't cover for this visit and for the future.

My visit was wonderful! Both Mya and Nayla were great and very professional. Dr. Matt was AMAZING. I had to get numb and literally did not feel it AT ALL and I’m a big baby when it comes to shots. I was in and out so quickly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend this office to anyone.

i have not been to the dentist in a long time but the staff at aspen in south county are amazing. the first visit they really do alot of investigating on you to figure out what you need. then they sit down and go over what steps to take to get any issues delt with. i unfortunately need some pretty expensive work done but they offer a financing option so everyone has the chance at a beautiful healthy smile. i get to start my work soon and am very excited to have this team lead me thru this journey. try it out the first visit is free

Amber at the Lemay Ferry location was super helpful in getting me set up for the dentist with x-rays and imaging. The dentist was also very knowledgeable and helpful getting my teeth worked on. Thanks for getting me set up with a visit and tooth work asap!
