I don’t suggest this dental office to no one. I have a great insurance and paid a lot of money to them, and they are still terrible. I had an appointment this morning that was supposed to be free of charge, they called me and canceled my appointment, because I am guessing they are trying to get someone else in who will pay them. They send me to Arnold location, over there they said it’s $120 for the visit. This place is all about money, they don’t care about thier patients. I tried calling them and ask to talk to the person who told me there will be no charge for the visit, they told me she is very busy, I hold for 10 minutes, never got response. If I knew this place was like this, I would have never came here. I paid close to $2000 with great insurance that covers 90%, and still not good.

Always get quality care at Aspen Dental in South County. Dr. Matt Gaynier is personable and takes his time to make sure you're satisfied. Karen and the other techs are always so nice, and the ladies up front are friendly and helpful. Linda in the lab knows her stuff and does great work. Very happy!

I went here and before they would even work on my teeth they told me I had to have a Gingivirus cleaning and I've talked to other people Who went to Aspen dental, And they were all told the same thing this must be a policy with Aspen. Extremely expensive and unreasonable pricing won't recommend, They wouldn't even touch Your teeth until you do the cleaning. I went to other dentists and they said that that was not necessary.

The staff & dentist were absolutely fantastic! I had most of my teeth out to get a full upper & partial lower denture at the south county location. I have been worried about doing this forever & put it off longer than I should have. They completely put me at ease, answered all my questions & I could tell they really cared how I was doing. Thank you all so much, you have no idea how much I & my family appreciate the service you have provided me.

Everyone is so friendly and compassionate. I am extremely scared of needles and Dr. Matt was amazing. I had all of my top teeth extracted and dentures and I am soooo happy with the service I received and my new smile! Completely life changing for me!

I would not recommend this dentist. Please do not waste your time and money with this company. I got fillings and crowns placed (crowns without root canal) yet I am having worst pain. I have to take Ibuprofen every 6 hrs for this pain to go away. I can’t even eat without having this pain. I went in for this 2 times and they just did adjustments on my crowns. Still, this did not help at all. I was then told that I needed root canal and they referred me to another dental office. When I called the other office to schedule an referral appointment they told me that I needed to pay $400 upfront for scans. I’ve had scans done at the other location and don’t understand why I have to pay that much for new scans again. At this point, I will be going to a traditional dentist to help me with this pain they left me in. They wasted my time and money. I would advise you to take your money elsewhere.

The facility is clean and is practicing social distancing for the Covid-19 requirements. I didn't have to wait any more than 10-15 to be taken back to begin my exam. The entire examination staff were very thorough and professional to make sure I received the proper care and evaluation. After the exam you are then greeted by another professional person her name is Courtney, she is very friendly she helps you leave flaunting the new clean smile and them pearly whites! I highly recommend Aspen Dental of South County, service and staff are fantastic!!! Great job team and thank you
