I haven’t been to the dentist in a couple of years and I have bad anxiety but they worked with me. They took their time and made me feel better and helped me calm down. If I needed to stop for whatever reason they stopped with no hesitation and it helped a lot. I’ll definitely be going back!

Worst dental experience of my life. The dental assistant used the term “cross contamination” to the dentist while work was being done on my mouth & the crown I received took over 2 months to receive & looks terrible, it has caused me to loose all confidence & never smile for photos. DO NOT GO HERE

After having not been to a dentist in over 9 years, and worrying about my general health in the teeth and gum areas, I was extremely hesitant to go anywhere to do this. I put my fears aside, and was welcomed by the staff who answered every question I had along the way with very high levels of knowledge and understanding. They advertise that they are consumer friendly and non judgmental and they are right! Every person there, from the desk and financial staff, to the hygienist, assistants and Dr. Shah were absolutely fantastic to be around and eased my anxiety every moment that I was there. These are wonderful people who care about the patients that come through the doors, and they care for them as people, not as simply patients or as income sources (much like the last time I went to a dentist 9 years ago did). I love this place, and even though I have a long road to get my smile to a place that I'm happy with, I am glad to go through the experience with these wonderful people.

I wanted to check out a new dentist so I noticed Aspen dental was close by where I live in South County.From the warm greeting at the front desk to the friendly staff working on my teeth i was very satisfied and glad I came here! I am a self pay patient and with this in mind the staff told me up front what my total costs would be which to me is a peace of mind.I have come back for my 5 month cleaning and decided to get my teeth professionally whitened here as well. I would recommend this location because of the location and the friendly staff.

ZERO DUD ZIP RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. this is literally the biggest scam company you will ever encounter please do not process your insurance through them in please do not schedule a first time appointment with them. Every dentist I have ever been to in my entire life my first time appointment always comes with a cleaning. They left me in the waiting room an entire hour and helped every other person before me out I'm guessing because I'm Hispanic and everybody else in the building is white but who knows. When I went up to the counter to ask after an hour of waiting and the office almost closing I went to the counter to ask what the French was going on, and the lady at the counter looked at me as if she was shocked that I was still waiting. Even though I was the only person in the office. How did they forget me? However when I finally got acknowledged and taken back everybody was talking about how the front person forgot about me and now that they are working overtime because they forgot about me I am the first time patient. mind you I have really good insurance and I have never paid over $500 for all of my teeth work, I have great teeth and I
