I went in for an emergency. I must share how I highly am afraid of dentist. The thought of terrible pain and discomfort and being self conscious of my own smile. I was more than surprised how quick they got me in, the level of care and compassion was the best I’ve seen. While I need a root canal and crown, I can honestly say my concerns and fear are all gone. Professional staff, laid back atmosphere, great background music. I had a tooth that was bothering me,they got me in there for an evaluation in a timely manner and gave me a plan of action. So we're going to go from there. Update: They got me in earlier than scheduled and did my root canal and filling. Price wasn't too bad. Pains gone. I'll be back for my cleaning in October. Moving to the area, first visit. Broken tooth, crown made. Very impressed, clean, well staffed operation with all the latest equipment. Dentist was polite and professional and told me what he was going to be doing at every step. Highly recommended.

To be honest, I was excited that I was able to get in for an appointment to get a wisdom tooth that was giving me some discomfort and hopefully be able to get a quote and know what to do for them, as well as a regular cleaning.
I left my appointment feeling stressed and like they were just wanting to get money from me. Kept listing things that they are going to do, that I need another cleaning in 3 months, that I need a night guard/Invisalign because my teeth aren't straight and that is majorly causing problems. I've never had a dentistry keeping telling me about my major problems and that they are going to set up appointments to get those things fixed. But, I don't believe and want an Invisalign, I'm okay with my teeth. I wanted you to just give me a cleaning, and help me figure out what's the best option to do for my wisdom teeth.
I'm not impressed at all by this place and felt defeated and didn't actually feel cared for at this place. Just felt like they wanted my insurance's money and my money.
I'm going to get a second opinion for my wisdom teeth before and if I ever do any more business with this company again.

My overall experience with Caring Family Dentistry went very well. I’m sorry I wrote some negative comments a couple of weeks ago. The company that was responsible for making my new implant crown was to fault not my dentist! The new tooth is in place today and looks and feels great and I was well compensated for my inconvenience! Dr. Todd and his staff are very professional and friendly and I want to thank them!
