All questions are answered, and never had any complications with insurance. Which means they know how “talk” to the insurance and get stuff done.

I have been going to CFD for a couple of years now, and my experiences with the doctors and staff have always been positive and problem free. I just had to change a planned visit for an emergency crown procedure and they took the change in stride, accommodating my needs, and completing the procedure quickly and efficiently. The entire staff are friendly, professional, and like the name says, caring. I recommend them if you are looking for a dentist for yourself or your family.

I have never had any serious dental needs until the last year. I quickly hated going to the dentist thinking it was going to cost more and more money and I would continue to have issues. I recently had a root canal and then today, a crown done. Dr. Alicia was amazing! She talked me through every step, and checked on me throughout knowing I had never been through the process. My 6 year old daughter had to come to my appointment and she wants to be a dentist. Dr. Alicia let her watch, explained all her steps and was so kind. Thanks to her, this experience has ended up being a great one.

The primary concern for this office is soaking your insurance benefits for every penny. They come up with all sorts of issues when doing a work up, but when you go in for the scheduled service they fail to execute the plan. This office has no respect for patient's time. It takes forever to be seen, and then they cancel at the last minute. I am beyond unimpressed with this office.

The staff is very professional and caring, from the front desk to the dentists. They make even the most unpleasant dental work as comfortable as possible , frequently asking how you are doing and if you need anything. I bring my children here, as well.
