Caring Family is wonderful! Everyone I've ever talked to is so polite and nice. The dental hygienist that I see, Kat, is super sweet, funny and addresses my needs and concerns quickly and thoroughly. I have been going to this dentist for many years. Over the course of those years I’ve definitely had some issues. The office manager Darlene is so rude it is unbelievable. The scheduling is terrible in to get a cavity filled they make you wait a month and a half. They have very little compassion for people and it all just seems like a big money thing. The hygienist are nice and do a good job but that woman Darlenes attitude ruins the entire office!

I've never had a bad experience at Caring Family Dentistry. Everyone there is very accommodating and will make sure you are comfortable during your visit. Whether that may be that you're cold and need a blanket or making sure you're not experiencing any pain while work is being done on you.
I've had plenty of dentists throughout the years and this one is by far the best. I drive all the way down from Campton to come here. That says a lot!

New digs for the practice has resurrected a former chain restaurant! A new face Sami attended to my cleaning and is now my favorite hygienist. Just need some splashes of color and artwork inside. Also will have to put in for my Frank Sinatra playlist for background music, but it’s all good!

Dr Sheffler performed a crown procedure on tooth #3, an upper molar. The margins of the crown were too long. 2 years later, infection set in and I had to have the tooth removed and an implant placed. Another Concord dentist and a Concord oral surgeon encouraged me to report this to Dr. Sheffler and the NH board of Dentistry. I did not - but I feel I need to share my painful and extremely expensive dental experience on this platform to prevent others from this same unfortunate outcome.

Like most people, going to the dentist scared me. I would avoid it for an embarassing 15 years. That is until I needed a root canal done. I picked Caring family out of a long list of dentists in my area and it has been life altering! I still get shocked reactions when people hear how well my root canal went. After that I brought my husband there and we now go to the dentist on a regular basis. We've had fillings, root canals, pulled teeth, cleanings and flouride treatments too. Every time the folks at Caring Family did an outstanding job! They make going to the dentist a dream. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The staff is patient, knowledgeable and efficient. The best part is they're affordable with insurance too! Keep up the great work team! See you in a few months!
