Update... our entire family left this practice. The front desk is TERRIBLE. We wanted to stay only for Dr. Adam & Alicia and some of the hygienists like Darcy.
I asked for an estimate for my daughter's filling. I signed it and after the procedure they want money up front. I asked to ensure it was the correct amount because we overpaid $100+ one time due to their incorrect calculations. I did the math myself and it didn't seem right, but they insisted so I paid. No pun intended, but it's like pulling teeth to get a pre-authorization for insurance so you know cost ahead of time. Amanda gives you the worst attitude.
I get a 4 page history of our entire family's financial payments which have NEVER been not paid with a request for $6.40!!! Are you serious!?!?
I called to ask why there was an issue again with the numbers and I got an attitude from Amanda blaming insurance. The numbers were spot on from Cigna. There was no change just wrong calculations again on what 80% is from front desk.
Then I was asked if I wanted to confirm, reschedule, or cancel my upcoming appointment for fillings. The incredibly horrible attitude was suggestive that I should cancel. Why give the practice more money with people that cannot even be decent human beings?
We're going back to a smaller office, with consideration, respect, and human decency. Caring Family Dentistry ONLY reflects some of the hygienists, Dr. Adam & Dr. Alicia otherwise change the name!!

The staff here are extremely knowledgable and caring. I have bad anxiety and really use to hate going to the dentist, however at Caring Family Dentistry they make me feel very comfortable and understand my issues. They are great at telling me all the information and offer preventative care for my dental issues. I always recommend them to all my friends and family and could not speak more highly of the staff here.

I had an appointment for an extraction. It was handled professionally with little or no pain. Before the procedure, the entire process was explained in detail. Post operative details were explained and written. I have been patient there for years. I have always been treated very well and recommend them highly.

New office building is beautiful, modern, spacious facility making contact with other patients limited--handy for Covid times.

i will be 90 in 3 months . i have a lot of scary memories of going to the dentist for a span of many years . i was amazed at the improvement of equipment and then the pleasure of having no pain and meeting such careful caring peope on staff. Hats off to Caring Family Dentistry !!! thank you so much

Very Good experience (who would rate a dentist visit great) considering I asked to come in at the last minute for metal mouth taste.. They still got me in. Hygienist Nicole was exceptional. Darlene (?), who scheduled my last minute visit, also called my insurance and squared away all that noise. Thanks!
