I am glad I chose Caring Family Dentistry for my new Dentist. It was certainly a good recommendation from my Primary Care Doctor's Office.

I had a great new-patient experience with this practice--was really impressed with their friendly, knowledgeable staff; great communication about my dental status and options for future treatment; and the surprisingly sophisticated suite of dental technology! There was a large-screen monitor right on the wall of my exam room, so the hygienist was able to pull up big photos and X-rays of my mouth to use as visual aids while she was giving me instructions--so cool. I also had a very short wait in the lobby, which is great at all times but particularly during COVID.

I have been coming here for a few years now, needing extensive work. They have been so caring and careful with me every time. I see Darcie for my cleanings every 3 months, and she is so careful with me. They offer blankets, eye protection, sunglasses for longer procedures (so I don't have to have that bright light in my eyes), and Dr. Adam and his assistants always make sure I am not in any pain or discomfort. Susannah and the staff are careful to be sure to time my procedures to work with my insurance coverage, and they always understand my need to work within a budget. I am very happy with this practice, and recommend them often!

I'm really not one for writing reviews, but I genuinely mean it when I give these people 5 stars. The staff is extremely nice and take care to remember you, but more importantly they always give me quick, efficient care that respects my wallet. I got my wisdom teeth removed in half an hour TOTAL, minimal to no pain, and paid less than a quarter what an oral surgeon wanted to charge. They really do bend over backwards to help with any questions or mixups that occur, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone :)

I’m terrified of dentists and it took a lot to get me to finally make an appointment. Needless to say, my teeth need work and so I was also deeply embarrassed. Every single person I met was absolutely wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and set my mind at ease about the state of my teeth. I highly recommend Caring Family Dentistry.

Very professional office, and helpful, friendly staff. I felt like I was in good hands. I really appreciated the fact that no one tried to sell me procedures I didn’t need, like the chain dentist offices do. I will be back to Caring Family Dentistry in the future!

I scheduled a cleaning. I had a cleaning the last two years at another dentist office in New London. NH. No issues.
I'm in the chair for 52 minutes and no cleaning. Excessive x-rays and no other services except a young girl making subjective framing of my gums. Then I'm told a deep cleaning is required. And I was refused a normal cleaning which I took medication for. And was told they couldn't prescribe a refill. Then I was told two additional meetings were needed to be scheduled. And I was told $139 was the cost for each visit. When I went to schedul the times a bill was given to me that showed $995. I STARTED TO QUESTION IT. Then a larger male suggested I Leave. I did.
I decided to go to this practice because my wife goes and the insurance has covered the whole cost.
I felt scammed today. And wheels turning to force me to pay for your high overhead. Your staff keep avoiding answering questions about fees and processes. I will not be back.
Your no different than Delta Dental. Which I believe previously occupied that very location.

I have been going to Caring Family Dentistry for almost two years now and from the very first phone call to my most recent visit everyone has been very pleasant and welcoming. I am not a big fan of the dentist, not too sure many people are, but Dr. Todd and his staff make sure you are always comfortable. Most importantly you are informed and educated about what is going on and there is never any questions when you leave! I don't dread going to the dentist anymore wondering what will happen, which is great! I have 100% trust and confidence in all of the staff here! I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!

The staff is friendly. The hygienists take the time to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. They are compassionate and gentle, making sure to explain what is going on in your mouth, offering advice on how you can make improvements to your oral care without making you feel bad. The dentists also are thorough, friendly and make you feel at easy.

They had my wrong phone number so when I went to my appointment they didn’t have me scheduled since they were trying to confirm my appointment with the wrong phone number. They still ended up making time to see me which is amazing since I had taken work off for the appointment. Knocking a star off because I’ve had to replace my filling 3 or 4 times in the past couple months….finally got a more permanent solution
