I am a new patient at caring family dentistry and my first experience was excellent! Everyone, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The office is beautiful and they treat you exceptionally. I was offered a bottle of water and received a free travel mug for my first visit. I also considered it a plus that my dentist was a woman!

I appreciated their cleanliness and adherence to all the proper regulations due to COVID. They are always very cordial. The one negative I have is that there seems to have been a change in the fluoride treatment I was given in comparison to when I last had it done. I was told after the treatment I had to wait at least 4 hours before I could eat anything. No problem, but whatever was "painted" on my teeth was so thick and gross feeling, and it looked as if I hadn't brushed my teeth in days. I had to return to work and was so embarrassed with my teeth that I couldn't even smile. When I was finally able to brush my teeth (after work), it took two brushings to get all that junk off my teeth. I had never experienced that before and unfortunately will not be having that done again. Normally my experience here has been 5 star, but this last visit, sadly, was a 3. My wait time was longer than usual as well, but that could have been due to the added cleaning after each patient.

Love them! My husband and I are patients of theirs and he recommended them to me. Everyone I have encountered so far have been so nice! I haven't been to the dentist for a couple years so I needed some fillings as they found 3 cavities. They showed and explained each cavity to me and how it may have happened and what I can do to prevent future problems. They also replaced an old amalgam filling that I was having trouble with and the process was done and over with quickly.

I am really impressed with this Dentistry Company. On my last visit I needed a crown on my lower jaw. The dentist was really good and ground the tooth down painlessly. The dental tech made the crown in house. The tech even showed me how the crown is made, from a basic block of material to the finished crown. When installed it fit perfectly, and I've had no further problem. Cost is inline with other crowns I've gotten in the past. I also noticed all the equipment in the office is very modern, and up to date.

I'm currently going through Invisalign and have had some cavities filled recently. There are so many great things about this office.
They used the Solea laser to fix my cavities. There was no shots, no numbing no pain! It took Dr. Sheffler maybe 10 minutes and it was completely painless.
Eric is so kind and thorough. He explained what to expect during and after treatment. He made sure I was comfortable and encouraged any questions.
Danni is a wealth of knowledge when I comes to Invisalign. The scan she took of my teeth was quick and painless. She answered all my questions and she outlined very realistic expectations for treatment.
Dr. Sheffler is always patient and kind. I know I'm in the best hands with him and his team. The office is clean and has the latest technology. There is no reason not to trust everyone here!

I've been going to this dentist for a couple of years now and I love them! the front desk is ALWAYS so friendly and help me move my appointments to make my life easier. Tracey has been my husband and I's hygienist and we love her! She is so friendly and makes sure we are comfortable through out the whole appointment. The doctor is always timely and helpful! Highly recommend!!!
