Caring Family Dentistry

I had waited for about a year to get approval from a previous dentist. In the meantime my dental insurance is just getting wasted. So I tried another dentist which made me wait another few months, and then there was nothing. AGAIN!! This dentist took me in right away. Set me up on a long overdue schedule. I go into the office looking like a bum because I work in a woodshop and I don't get any nasty looks. At least not to my face. Lol great place good work, nice staff. Explains everything while showing me my teeth on the big screen. Highly recommend 👌

A great place to have dental work done. Clean, friendly and have all the latest in dental equipment. Way ahead of other dental practices in the area.

I’ve been going to caring family dentistry for a few years now. I’ve gotten a couple teeth pulled and quite a few fillings, I’ve been very happy with their services and the staff is always very nice and professional I’ve never had a complaint.

The Best Dentist I’ve had !!! Dr Todd is Excellent Always pain free and all the Best and safest equipment & knowledge.. the staff are all Amazing people friendly kind and Very professional . I love this place and the employees! 2 years ago (pre-covid) was my first time here and I had not seen a dentist in 10years due to moving a few times, work, and college... I was so nervous and embarrassed because it had been that long but the employees were very calming, compassionate, and caring. They made me feel comfortable! After my first visit COVID hit and since I work in the health care field I did not go until just recently. Since I work in a doctor's office I always check out my other appointments to see what my office can do better/work on or if we do the same thing. There was a long line at check in but the receptionist had a smile and was very polite and checked people in in matter minutes ( including confirming patient identifies which can take a bit of time if you have changed address or phone number)! I was soon called in after! I had a tech Heidi who was amazing! She had a great sense of humor and we chatted about the different fields we worked in. She was outstanding! Dr. Gittleman was just as amazing as Heidi as well! She is very sweet, smart, and personable! I really highly recommend coming here if you would like an amazing dentist office to go to especially if you always get nervous or anxious about going to the dentist like I do!

Very professional! Eric is an amazing asset to the practice! He was able to help me better understand my course of treatment and his friendly demeanor is something you don’t often see in many dentist offices!

This was my first visit. The office was modern and clean. Staff were really friendly and listened carefully to my concerns. I'm hoping I feel comfortable here over there long run, today was a good start.

All the staff are amazing. They have always accommodated me in times needed. Shoutout to Danielle, she's soo sweet, gentle and awesome. She always tells me I'm doing a good job (something you always want to hear when you are at the dental throne). All of them are actually really nice and kind,but Dani has worked with me since the beginning and she's just amazing!!Dr. Adam as well! Dr Adam has a very calm demeanor, never makes me feel nervous. I have so much done on my teeth but Dr Adam is just easy, he always makes me feel I'm okay!Thank you guys! I always feel very welcome. Our family goes to Caring Family Dentistry and we are very happy with them...never had a bad experience.

I was made to feel safe during my visit. The office is doing a good job of keeping the patients and the staff safe during this pandemic. I appreciate the Dentist being patient with me even though I cancelled my first appointment. The Dentist seems to be doing his best to give me timely, professional care. Thank you one and all for doing such a great job. *****new post***Three years into this and things have gone sour. The office just does not want to do the work on my mouth that is required to do a good job. I tried four times to schedule an oral surgery and no one responded to any of my inquiries. Time to take back two stars, this is not how I wanted this situation to unfold. Think twice about any long term relationship that you may be asked to have with this dentist. My experience has been found to be wanting.

CFD is a business first and a medical site second.

My teeth are barely crooked. My lower incisors are a bit wonky, but no dentist has ever told me it's a significant issue. Still, after one appointment, they put me in some fancy room and tried to sell me some crazy expensive adult Invisalign product I did not need.

I told the hygienist at my last appointment that I was losing my insurance, so she had me speak to the front desk. I asked them how much a cleaning would be, and they told me it'd be around 120 bucks. I asked them, "can you guarantee if I come in here again, I will only have to pay for a teeth cleaning and maintain the right to deny other recommended services? I don't want to be surprised with a bill I can't afford." They essentially told me no because it would interfere with their "standard of care" or something like that. They proceeded to suggest I sign up for one of their "medical credit cards" which is just about the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

They want your money over everything else.
