I'm impressed. First, besides being very nice people, their work rooms are spacious and clean, with big windows that make you feel at ease.
Nobody seems rushed and they are careful to explain everything they do.
I had never experienced same day service in a dental office. It's a hike for me to go to Concord, so I really appreciate the one stop. I was in at 2, out at 4:30 for a crown!
Price seemed very reasonable. I expected it to be around 2K. it wasn't.
So far, the fit is perfect. Also something I have come to regard as hit or miss.

I brought my three-year-old with me to my appointment today and was nervous that he wouldn’t be able to stay occupied long enough for my entire visit.
I had Holly as my hygienist today and she was fantastic. She helped keep my son busy by teaching him how all of the tools work. He even got to use a tool and had a chance to sit in the big chair. Holly talked to him about his interests and made sure that his visit was engaging and fun. Thank you, Holly, for all of your help today! I truly appreciate you providing my son with a positive experience!
I can’t say enough great things about Caring Family! They’ve been my dentist for years now and I always feel comfortable whenever I’m there. It doesn’t matter which hygienist or dentist; all of them are friendly, kind, helpful, efficient, and make you feel like you are the only patient they have.

This was my first appointment with Caring Family Dentistry, They were outstanding, They explained themselves and told me everything that needed to be done ! They are also going to fix my other issues I had with my teeth from another dentist. Thanks to My sister Jennifer Ramsey for telling me to go.
I have gone back a couple of times know and let me tell you, They are the best Dentist ever. They fix my bottom teeth that I spent a lot of money on from another Dentist, The other Dentist screwed up my teeth so bad they didn't even care. I would recommend them to everyone

My husband had an appointment, I haven’t had mine yet. I rescheduled because I’m getting over a cold. And they were very understanding and accommodating. Had no issues what so ever. My husband said he is very happy with his experience today, everyone was nice and polite. Very comfortable with the whole experience.

I had a great first visit ! I had had a bad experience at another dentistry business... but today was totally different. Good vibes I guess. Brenda, my hygienist, was so kind to me plus music was great. She offered me a bottle of water and we laughed alot. I did not feel that they were only about the money. Actually felt like the opposite. From the receptionists to I believe the head of dentistry there were professional and so personable. A five-star from me.

I broke a tooth went in for what I thought was to get it fixed or pulled. No, my appointment was just a "consult for a dental plan." A plan that AFTER my insurance would be 2k out of pocket. I asked if I could just get it pulled and was told that wasn't recommended. They wouldn't even put on a crown until I has a deep cleaning. But, they told me not to worry I could put it on a credit card or pay in installments UP FRONT.
I dont think they care much about my wallet.

The folks at Caring Family Dentistry took that into account and made a task that I was stressed about as easy as it could be- great communication, sense of humor, and openness with pricing made my first experience in the office a good one- if they're always like that, I've found a great partner to work with.
Thanks for a fantastic first visit; I can't say that I'm looking forward to future ones, but that's on me, not you :-)
