After some truly disappointing dental work and a different office, I ended up at Caring Family Dentistry for an emergency appointment after breaking a tooth. There are no works to express the relief and comfort I left the second I was in a chair. They heard my concerns, were sympathetic to what I had gone through previously, and were absolutely amazing in helping me get my dental care addressed. I’m forever grateful to them. I had Heidi as my hygienist and she was amazing. We laughed and talked like we had known each other for years. Dr. Alicia was also amazing. Best experience I’m ever had at a dentist.

My experience is always exceptional. The ability to complete the paperwork in advance online is so convenient. I'm always greeted with a smile from the front office person. My dental hygienist is just beyond my expectations. I normally have Dr. Todd as the Dentist that I see, who is amazing. But when he is unavailable, Dr. Alecia has stepped in and is equally as wonderful. The "check out" team is always warm and friendly. Every facet of my experience has always been so positive. My family is cared for by this practice, and I have recommended numerous people to this practice (many of who are now current patients and have equally positive experiences with them.) I was very impressed with Caring Family dentistry. Very clean , efficient and professional. I did not have to wait very long at all. Sam my hygienist was especially skilled and friendly. I am 62 and she is the best hygienist I have ever had. Not once was I uncomfortable. She did an excellent job. The staff there were overall very helpful and friendly

I called first thing this morning, and the woman on the phone was so nice for starters, AND they got me in for a visit a few hours later even though I'd never been a patient before. The exam was thorough and my options were explained to me, as well as pricing--and everyone was just friendly. Good chair side manner calmed this dentist phobe right down. Now I"m not so anxious about my upcoming appointments, and I'm relieved to have left with a prescription or an antibiotic which hopefully take care of the infection. I've already recommended this practice to a friend of mine.

Appointments are scheduled way out into the future which is a problem when you have a toothache. That seems to be an issue with the medical professional in general.
Once you get into that appointment these people are very professional and wonderful so all in all it's worth the long wait.

I am a shy, sometimes nervous, patient and Dr. Todd helps put me at ease with his calm, caring personality. They really do live up to their name (caring). Without getting too personal, I’ve been horribly lacking with my oral hygiene which is embarrassing to me and have never been made to feel ashamed of it. I’ve had some fillings and a couple crowns (that are made in house and look amazingly like the tooth that it replaced!) all of which done gently and painlessly. I’ve had appts with all three dentist and many of their hygienists over the past 10+ years and have not had any bad experiences. I’ve found all staff to be kind (receptionist to dentist), their office is always extremely clean, have all high tech equipment and everyone is extremely professional. Oh, and another important factor is that I don’t have issues with being charged for services that are covered by my dental insurance which was a huge issue I had with my previous dentists office, Aspen Dental. After years of frustration I finally decided enough is enough and switched to Caring Family Dentistry. Three years ago I moved 45 mins away and never considered switching to a new dentist in my area. I feel lucky to have found them all those years ago.
