Caring Family Dentistry

Dr Scheffler is absolutely great. Been with him for years. My teeth are not so good, so he has done just about everything. The one time an implant failed and was basically defective, he owned it, and at no charge remedied the situation. He is smart and catches things most dentists don’t, and he also is up to date with technology. Great staff also. They are moving and look forward to the new facility. 100% recommend this great dentist.

Amazing service. Quick, polite and very efficient. Been going there for years will never go anywhere else. For someone who has struggled with my teeth for years. They have done some fantastic work. Never judged just got me in a better place dental health wise!!!!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this dental practice! I have been going here for a few years now, both for cleanings and fillings, and I have never had a bad experience! Every hygienist and doctor I have worked with has been professional, patient and kind. I was absolutely terrified of the idea of going to the dentist before I started going here. My mouth had always been super sensitive because I never flossed and everyone was so patient with me which made me feel much more at ease. I’ve had several fillings done by Dr Adam and Mariah and they are the most efficient team I have ever seen! They work together so well and make things go so smoothly and quickly. Honestly, if you are looking for a new dentist - your search is over! You will never find a better practice. 💙

I had a new hygienist today her name was Heidi and she was phenomenal! My gums were tender and swollen and she still managed to give me a cleaning without hurting me at all. These days when nobody does anything right, Caring Family Dentistry does! Highly recommended

I always have a great experience! This time though the electric cleaning device was not used ( I am not sure what it is called) it’s like a water pick. I was bummed I prefer this method. My hygienist used the old way and I ended up not rebooking with them. Please use the new technology less pain and faster than scraping with the old pick. Overall though this practice is awesome! I would recommend asking if they use the new cleaning method.

This was my first visit. It was a very friendly atmosphere upon entering the receptionists area. When called for, the young lady was very pleasant in talking with and she gave everything in detail in what I was to be performed even during the cleaning the Doctor when paying me a visit aftet the cleaning was very pleasant and understanding, also in explaining and asking if I had any concerns.

I and my wife will be staying with Care Dentist as long as their around. Very nice people and professional in their work.

A great experience for my first appointment with this practice! Danielle (sp) was friendly and professional. She explained all procedures clearly and constantly checked to make sure I was doing ok through the entire appointment. The dentist who assessed the status of my oral health, was likewise very engaged in making sure I understood all that we discussed.

This is a "no pressure" practice, meaning they do not do a superficial exam and then try to pressure you in to expensive, unnecessary treatments. No scare tactics or false information are used, everything they do is transparent.

IMHO - The state-of-the-art equipment used resulted in an even better cleaning result than I have had in the past with other dentists. I did make a device purchase (I knew it was needed before my appointment) and again, the whole process, including insurance approval, is so streamlined it was ridiculous.

All around, you can't go wrong at Caring Family Dentistry!

It has been almost a year and half since we were at Caring Family Dentistry. Both my husband and I were excited to see the Building had been painted and it looked so much better. The staff were incredible, friendly and very helpful. Most of all their office manager was extremely knowledgeable about differing insurance plans. We have decided to stay and continue with Caring Family Dentistry!

Today was my first and only visit to caring family dentistry. I am new to the area and saw all their advertisements. I was so grossed out by this place I actually left before they could clean my teeth. I had X-rays done and was waiting in the hygienist chair and noticed how dirty the equipment was. There were no sanitation wraps on anything and she continually touched the X-ray equipment and then the thing she was putting in my mouth. GROSS! I could not imagine allowing them to put the dirty suction thing in my mouth. It was all crusty looking. I didn’t tell them their place was gross, I just politely and awkwardly said “I think I’m going to go now”. I would rather feel awkward for a minute than get some infection. No thank you!

This was the first time I’ve set myself up with what some may consider a “real dentist” in pretty much my entire adult life. Obviously dentist fears are a real thing, and this place shatters that completely. I felt super comfortable from the waiting room up until I left. I felt beyond safe and even had many laughs with the dental assistant, which in this environment, is not easy to have. I believe the name of the amazing woman who helped me is Sammy/Sami/Sam (sorry if I didn’t spell it right..). She performed a super thorough analysis on all the issues I have in my mouth with gentleness and care. She was accepting of all my questions and answered what she could, and just over all the most friendly. I’ll be keeping up with all the appointments from here on out. Which is the first time in many many years.
