5 stars isn’t enough!! From the second I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness. Just like many people, I get a bit nervous at the dentist, and I had never been here before! I knew I was in good hands when I witnessed someone walk into the office with the sole purpose of bringing a treat to one of the staff members. From my understanding, it was because the staff member had shown an interest in...whatever it was! My take away—the staff are worth taking time out of your day to return with a treat! And boy was I right! I also got the hear the staff members reaction to recruiting the treat, and her genuine happiness was enough to diminish any concerns I had! As I was checking out, I was greeted by some amazing ladies that went out of their way to help me and even get everything squared away with my insurance! I have already booked my next 3 appointments, and I will be going there for the rest of my life! Thank you!

Carolyn is an awesome hygienist. She always gives advice about where I can do better without sounding critical. She also is very knowledgeable about different treatments I may find helpful. She’s very accommodating and never rushes to get everything done or makes me feel like I need to rush out. The whole office if very helpful and friendly and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Words can not describe how grateful I am that Dr.Todd and staff relieved me from the worst pain I have ever experienced. I thought giving birth with no meds and coming off a nerve block after knee replacement surgery was awful.... Not ! I was in pain for over a week . I called the emergency number for my Dentist in Manchester staring last week. No one returned my call. In fact I am still waiting to hear from them. Thankfully some friends of mine mentioned Caring Family Dentistry on Monday. I called at noon and was seen at 4. I was treated with such kindness and respect. THANK YOU CARING FAMILY DENTISTRY ❤ I am having my records sent to your office and saying goodbye to my old dentist. I highly recommend this dental practice!

My husband and I go here for dental needs, and are satisfied with our care. My last visit felt very rushed, but I had someone filling in for my usual tech who was on maternity leave. Just felt like a stressful and hurried visit. We laughed about the difference in care as my husband was offered a bottle of water while he waited for the dentist, and I was not. I also had to ask for a toothbrush bag before leaving, which had just a toothbrush in it, but my husband was given a bag that had a toothbrush, floss, mouthwash and toothpaste in it. He said it’s because he is prettier 🤣

I’ve been a patient at Caring Family Dentistry for 10+ years. I became a patient there after years of issues with my former dentist—I hated the dentist and now I happily go for cleanings, dental work, you name it. Dr. Todd has done an amazing job growing the practice and even after leaving the state for a few years I’ve returned time and time again. All 3 dentists provide excellent care, the hygienists and assistants are all friendly and knowledgeable, and the office staff always greet you with a smile! A wonderful company!
