I have really bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, and honestly they have always made me feel like there is nothing to be scared of. He is so nice and so is everyone in the office. He’s also very fast and efficient. I will never go to another dentist again.

Many of these reviews are from when Dr. Luco and his staff were running this practice. The new dentist Dr. Marshal has not continued Dr. Luco's high level of service. I wouldn't recommend this place now. They don't seem to know which insurance they accept. My husband and I both had cleanings and were billed because they are no longer an United Concordia preferred provider - that's a $300 mistake they were reluctant to correct. I was told I should always check my insurance before coming in. Right? After much back and forth they charged us $150. Their front office staff seems to be the problem. Either way, we are moving to a new dentist. To be clear, the cleanings were well done, and Dr. Marshal is a good dentist. They just need to figure out the front desk staff.

It’s been a year later and I haven’t changed my opinion one bit about this dental practice. The office staff is helpful and friendly. The dental hygienists do a great job and are caring and empathetic. I have had several dental procedures completed in the last year and have been extremely happy with Dr Marshall and the entire staff. Thank you!

Excellent Dental Practice. The front desk staff and dental assistants are awesome at what they do. Dr Marshall is a quality Dentist and does not try to rake one over the coals financially. I would recommend Mountain View Family Dentistry and Orthodontics over anyone in Rio Rancho and the surrounding area.

Dr Marshall and his staff have been very helpful to us. We have had emergency needs which were responded to in record time. The staff could not have been more accommodating. When I had a costly issue, they made sure to get my insurance to respond very quickly. So glad to have them in the neighborhood!

Was a patient of Dr Luco and this was the practice that took over. All office personnel are very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to get an appt the same week as well as follow up appt. Very clean and professional. Highly recommended

I have to say with all honesty that I Did NOT Like Dentist. One time I made it to the parking lot, turned around and went back home. But, after my first visit with Dr.Marshall & his staff I am No Longer Afraid! Dr. Marshall is amazing and his staff are just as amazing!

I am a new patient and I was very happy and impressed with Mountain View Family Dentistry during my first visit. Dr. Marshall and the entire staff were completely professional and very courtesy. In addition, the office and clinical area were extremely clean. I was also impressed with how comfortable they make you feel during exams. They have tv's installed so patients can view something of their liking to help minimize any fears or anxieties. Their equipment is also state of the art and they offer several options for pain during any dental work. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quality dentist. I'm so glad I've found a dentist that I will be able to develop a trusting and long-term rapport with. The gift card I received for being a new patient was a plus too! 🙂
