6/7/2021: Had a crown come off a few days ago and they got me in within 4 days (over the weekend) and got me in and out! Even rescheduled my cleaning so I could get it all done together! Love ALL the staff there! :)
9/2020: Had a dental emergency and they got me in within a day. And were able to do the root canal that day! Very nice and professional staff. Will definently make this my home dental clinic.

The entire team at Mountain View family dental are amazing!! Macaela took me back and gave me a great cleaning! Dr. Marshall is awesome, especially if dentists scare you š he has a very calm and caring demeanor. I highly recommend this office!!!

When I emailed on Easter Sunday they contacted me first thing the next morning and was able to get me in right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in excruciating pain and they were sympathetic and helpful. I was even able to contact the Dr. Directly via text after they closed and he was able schedule me for a percedure that week. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service, very kind and efficient staff and very knowable caring doctor who explains and teaches after reviewing pictures, X-rays and your teeth. Amazing modern up to date technology. Even imagine looking at a tv both if your sitting and one on the ceiling with a relaxing, calming, diversional program instead of a wall or ceiling. Amazing. Iām thankful for this practice.

Five stars for everyone! Dr. Marshall and his entire staff were wonderful. I was extremely impressed with his communication skills as well as his hands-on dentistry. His dental assistant, Mariah, was super and the front office girls were great.

A simple request to separate the billing statements for my husband and myself was met with hostility and rudeness from the office staff and the dentist. My husband was told to leave and never come back. I was not even there, but I was also dismissed as a patient, without any provocation. You can be sure I will never go back there again.

Dr. Wayne Luco and his staff are professionals. They provide me with excellent dental care at every appointment. The ladies in the office are knowledable about different insurances and my account. The whole staff are pleasant people to be around.

WARNING: Do not go to this office, this is the worst dental office in Rio Rancho and the whole New Mexico. The office staff is very rude and very unprofessional, they charge for unauthorized treatments and claim that they informed the patient. If you want to get a big bill after a simple dental cleaning then you can go to this office, if not DO NOT go to this office.

Purpose of visit was for a routine cleaning. My appointment started on time. As always, staff was very friendly and my visit was pleasant. The hygienist promptly notified me that it was time for new x-rays. Cleaning was a positive experience. The dentist was out for surgery but another qualified dentist kindly filled in for him. This dentist was also very friendly and checked up on my teeth just as the other would do. I really like these folks which is why I travel all the way from SE Albuquerque to north Rio Rancho for these appointments!
