I had an awesome experience here. My hygienist, Kristen is so gentle and thorough. Wayne is an excellent dentist! The office staff is so friendly and warm and the office is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Luco! I used to have panic attacks at other dentist offices but those days are over no that I go to Dr. Luco’s office.

It is a very professional yet laid-back feeling. My wait time is less than a few minutes and I feel welcome. I have no “flossing guilt” (haha) and my teeth feel great when I leave.

I was apprehensive about going to a new dentist but the experience was very friendly and nice. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I had to start the process of getting two crowns and it was okay. I can’t ever praise the process but Dr. Marshall and his staff made an unpleasant process tolerable. The pain factor was minimal to none , which is always a good thing. So far so good. I’m pleased with this Doctor and his office staff. Rachelle cleaned my teeth and she was very gentle. Thank you guys!

As of July 12 we were paid in full from this establishment. Reviews are important. Both to patients and the service. It is within this effort to help both sides. If its an issue, this give the company the option of rectifying and changing policy for the best. This is what I hope happens and truly helps all.
(1)Very unfortunate experience with this group. On our First initial visit the medical seem good however only to be destroyed by their incompetent desk personnel. They overcharged us for services that were covered under insurance. It's been over over 100 days now. They have not reimbursed us. They stated when the insurance pays them they will pay us. Insurance is supposed to be charged up front. The insurance company said it should be very easy to check this. They did not. We are still owed this. My purpose of this is to warn others of this sad disappointment. There are a lot of good dentist groups in the area. Choose carefully!

My experience began about a year and a half ago, (9/2020) I had an event to attend and a bottom jaw tooth broke in half. I was so devastated.
I called Dr. Marshall's office before the event and left a message because it was late in the evening. The office called me first thing and got me in right away. His staff was professional and so accommodating they explained everything to me clearly. Dr. Marshall was kind, calm and focused entirely on what he was doing. He gave me numbing and put on a temporary and in just a couple of weeks my crown was ready and it feels great! Never did I feel pain or discomfort, his assistants went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.
Today is (7/14/2021) I needed another crown on a bottom jaw tooth. This family dentistry has become like family to me. I used to hate going to the dentist, but Dr Marshall and his staff make you feel SO at ease. They know me when I go in and I look forward to chatting with Anachelica at the front, she is professional and knows her job and makes everything easy. BTW I appreciate ALL the girls up front! Also Eduardo did the BEST cleaning on my teeth!
Dr. Marshall did such a beautiful job on the work needed on my teeth today. He goes above and beyond and I can't say enough about his professional and caring attitude.
Dr. Marshall is the very best dentist I have ever been too! Unless he were to leave NM he will always be my dentist. Thank you Dr. Marshall & Mountainview!

FYI beware of this dental practice.
After getting flyer in mail stating for $29 new patient special for cleaning, exam &x-ray. My husband and I made appointment . The dental hygienist never cleaned my teeth. Instead she looked into my mouth and kept calling off numbers. She told me I had gingivitis ,also needed deep pocket cleaning. I was shocked.
Dentist rolled in on chair and said could take care of my teeth. He never looked in my mouth.
Receptionist gave me estimate of $2,000 for treatment. I went to my dentist (who has taken care of me for yrs) she found my gums are healthy. No sign of problem.
They billed my insurance $222. I am filling a grievance. A scam for sure.

Staff is always friendly and wonderful. Miss my old hygienist, but I'm sure she's doing well. My new hygienist is great! There was a substitute Dr. for Dr. Luco. I didn't know this until I came in for my appointment, but he was very nice too. Wish Dr. Luco well and hope he returns soon!

We were referred here by a friend and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Eduardo is a very gentle and thorough hygienist. Dr. Marshall works very well with people who have anxiety about dental work and everyone in the office is extremely nice and professional.
