After recently having Dr. Marshall install an onlay in one of my teeth I noticed that it wasn’t seated properly. I made an appointment to have him correct this issue, but a couple of days before my appointment I received a message to call his office at which time I was informed that he would no longer look at or work on my tooth and that if I wanted it fixed I would have to go to another dentist to have it worked on. I don’t think that there is any other dentist that would do something like this. He wouldn’t even take responsibility for his own mistake. Completely unprofessional!
I’m adding my one star review to the many that are already posted. I just wish I could post a negative star review. To anyone reading these and thinking of becoming a patient of Dr. Marshall, I only have one thing to say. Beware!
