Mountain View Family Dentistry and Orthodontics

My new hygienist Katerina is amazing! She is very friendly, she listens to your needs, and highly professional. My teeth and gums felt so wonderful after my appointment with her, her level of detail is wonderful. I highly recommend her if you want a really deep cleaning.

Christen was my Dental Hygenist and she was very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. What I particularly liked is that she explained everything she was doing in detail yet in plain English so I could understand it. My teeth never felt cleaner! I was VERY impressed with her! I also appreciate Dr. Luco as he too is very easy to understand and very friendly as well! I received a very detailed plan to ensure I maintain healthy teeth. Overall great knowledgeable friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful.

Stay clear. This is the most unprofessional dental office I have ever been in. I really am confused with taking cell phone photos of my teeth rather than x-rays. Is that because of my insurance?? It just came off extremely unprofessional. Next, I was told a certain tooth needed and root canal and that a prescription for antibiotics would be sent in. Well, that prescription never made it to the pharmacy. When I went back in for a basic cleaning, I was told two different teeth needed a root canal, not the original tooth, and how would I like to proceed with payment? Of course, they asked me how I would like to proceed with payment after they present me the thousands of dollars that it would cost. No compassion. Just how would you like to fill our hands with money.?
So, I followed up with them today, again this is 3 weeks later, and they said they never contacted my insurance company like they promised they would and to call me back. They couldn't understand why I was upset that nobody contacted me and how they dropped the ball twice into visits within 3 weeks. Then, Ms. Christina told me there are plenty of other dental offices that could assist me. I asked her which would she suggest, she then says to me, That, you'll have to find on your own, I'm Not worried about other dental offices, I'm only worried about our dental office.
Are you kidding me?! That is the only time I've ever heard somebody be that rude and say something like that. Most any business, that could not assist you, would be willing to suggest an other option.

I don't want to see reply back on here, I would like to have the phone call that was promised to me by Dr. Marshall.

I recently went to Mountain View Dentistry after several years of not visiting a dentist. Dr Marshall and his staff were so nice. They explained everything and we made plan to get things fixed. I would highly recommend them. I received excellent care.

The entire staff is friendly and treats each patient as if they were family. They walk you step-by-step through your plan of care and make sure that all of your questions are answered.

I was treated well at reception, treated exceptionally well by my dental assistant, and was provided a solid experience by the dentist. Would like to have been offered a payment plan for an expensive double crown visit, but otherwise, these folks run a very good operation with friendly employees. They have my recommendation all the way.

I received great dental service. Dr. Duane Marhall explained the entire procedure to me. I did not feel any pain. The staff were very friendly and prices are reasonable.

Dr. Marshall was impressive to me. This was my first tooth work by him and I was impressed by his professionalism and speed of work. He also spoke during the work as to what he was doing, I liked that. The work was removing a not so old crown, repairing some cavity damage and prepping for a new crown. Marcella, his assistant did a great job and the other staff were helpful. Thankful to have such a skillful dentist in our neighborhood.

I have been coming to this dentist for just about a year now, and I have never been disappointed. The receptionists, hygienists, and dentist have all been friendly, skilled, and happy to answer any questions I might have. They have always taken effort so that scheduling and appointment times as convenient as possible.
