My Husbands upper denture plate cracked as we were in the Airport in Florida, about to board our plane, on arriving in Elmira we called Aspen Dental in Ithaca to see if they could help, they gave him an appointment for 12.00. we hurried to get there which we managed by 11.45. they told us he'd be an hour. BUT they closed the office for an hour for lunch at 1.00pm and then kept the poor man waiting in their office until they all decided to return and then was only 10 minutes getting his denture.
Surely they could have hung on for that 10 minutes, prior to their lunch. that was I thought inconsiderate, we had no other option and then was charged $250.00 for the repair!!

Efficient, detailed care. Everything was explained clearly and scheduled very convenient to my schedule.

I went in expecting only a consultation and recommendations. I walked out 3 hours later not only with a plan, they had done x-rays, impression and bite for my partial. Every staff member was professional, polite and friendly. Dr Anand was professional and friendly.

I appreciate the kindness extended to me during my first visit. You were thorough and explained your plan in language I could understand.

Everyone was very professional and they answered my many questions. Wait time was a little long even though I had an appointment, but the waiting room was comfortable and Fixer Upper on the TV kept me entertained. I’ll be back for more dental work moving forward.

Whatever you do, stay away from this place.

Went to get a filling re done after it fell out. I got there and they had me getting constant X-rays as the person doing them could seem to get it right. Wouldn't be surprised if I got cancer from all of them. After about 30 minutes of constant facial X-rays I had the cavity refilled and felt every bit of it. I can't believe this place hasn't been sued.

i went there basically because they were cheaper...well you get what you pay for!! Dr Wilson was not to bad, but he was out ill for awhile and his stand in was horrid! i had to have a crown done,they put a tooth in that was way to small and wrong color!! it looked horrible, i asked assistant if it should be so much smaller than the one they had the mold for and she said o it looks great! then i went back when Dr Wilson was back and he said it was wrong so he ordered another crown again wrong color tone, but the size was right but i had a black 'line' on my gum around crown so i went back again! and again they said it as normal..they also gave me a shot of novocaine in upper gum and even now a year later my nose is numb i also complained and they said it was normal, so less than a year later the crown just fell out! it cost more than $1200. and it fell out..but i am wiser now i went to a real dentist and she was shocked how it was put in and how the color chart was way off..and oh by the way my nose is still numb, new dentist thinks they hit a nerve....stay away unless it is all you got...i learned the hard way UPDATE March 12th... the owner of the Ithaca branch reached out and will refund the money i paid for the bad crown, i will repost when i see if they follow thru, if he does i will surely post that they honored their word....to be continued

I've been going here for about 5 years now. Friendly and professional dentists, hygenists, assistants, and office staff. My care has ranged from good to above during this time, but I'll rank it excellent when Drs. Anand and Aneja are on the scene! I've been to two other Aspen Dentals is the past (not in NY) and this office is by far the best.

One important thing: If you're a regular patient and walk in for an scheduled appointment, you'll be asked to put your name on a roster and asked if you are a regular patient; make certain that the receptionist knows this also, otherwise you'll be in the queue to be seen in line like everyone else. Twice I've sat in the waiting room well beyond my scheduled appointment as other walk-in patients were taken before me, the most recent causing me to reschedule a cleaning. Just make certain you tell the receptionist (even though they should probably be paying attention to this themselves anyway). This is the only thing keeping this from 5 stars.

Not a regular patient, but went to have my wisdom teeth removed. Staff was very helpful, very patient. Teeth came out in like 5 minutes. Doctor was focused and friendly. Would recommend.

Everyone there was very kind and caring, made a very nervous experience the best it could be. They talk with you about the cost of your procedures and options for payment so you are not hit with a surprise bill.
