Typical Aspen Dental bullshit. First they forgot I was on the books for a cleaning, then I waited, then I got my teeth cleaned by someone who had little to no ability to take it easy with the ice pick. Then she conveniently slipped that $30 bullshit floride into my cleaning (I can't wait to tell her to drink it herself next time). Then the "doctor" (term used lightly) told me I need a crown over a tooth that was root canaled 7 years ago, after 2 other doctors told me not to even worry about it.

This place is such a shitshow I almost laugh every time my appointment reminder comes up, but...well...Ithaca College insurance. I should go on welfare so I can get great benefits and let the hardworking people of this country foot the bill to have my teeth cleaned by professionals.

Just tried calling them for over 30 minutes during clearly business hour at 1:45 on a weekday and it went immediately to the "you've called after business hours" voicemail with no option to speak to a person. It was important (not an emergency, but important and time sensitive relating to an appointment for a patient). That's...ridiculous.

Gave me a free X-ray and consultation thanks. When I tried to a very painful tooth pulled instead of a very expensive root canal and they never called me back. Money hungry.

The worst. I went for a free cleaning, only to be told they couldn't do it unless I get several hundred dollars in work, which I didn't need. The billig folks and first round of people that look in your mouth—I won't call them hygienists, or even professionals—make a commission on the work they charge. What does that tell you? AVOID!

Sincere, caring, and very good at what they do. I just wish they took Medicaid. Did not know this on first appt, and all of the sudden felt like the child of a poor family touring a private school I will never attend. Regardless, if you have access to this care, these are the people to go to.

All dental work had was great but pay close attention to billing information I then had 2 different dental insurance and they said it was needed to do loan for dental work that started in October 2018 every appointment was for impressions or something else 2years I have no permanent upper denture or lower partial and ASPEN DENTAL will not see me because I owe them 240.00 mind you I got 2600.00 loan before I could move forward with dental work and had two insurance what happened to me was awful DO NOT let it happen to you pay attention to bills keep them ASPEN DENTAL have good dentist but will leave you with no teeth and broken.............

Worst place ever! Please don't ever get treated by Dr. Wilson! I have been a patient for a year and what started out as a "small filling" led to further tooth decay because of a poor filling by Dr. Wilson. Later on he tried to "fix it" and now I need a root canal because he went too deep and close to the nerve. He has terrible bedside manners and is in such a hurry and not willing to listen to what a patient has to say. Stay far away from this place and save yourself of dental tragedies.

This organization is very clearly just trying to make money and does not care about really helping patients. I was hardly addressed by the hygienist, she stabbed my gums and told me I had gingivitis. Did not explain what that means or how to improve home care or ask about what I currently do. Not even a second later, she handed me a pre-made folder outlining the gingivitis treatment that I HAD to get. (Clearly they do this a lot)

A "gingivitis treatment" is not real. Any legitimate dentist would recommend that you come in for X number of extra cleanings until it is cleared up.

I originally came in because I had cavities and I was told by the sales woman that a dentist could not fill my cavities until I bought this $500 "gingivitis treatment" because they can't work on your mouth if your gums are inflamed... which is just simply not true.

THIS IS NOT A REAL DENTIST OFFICE, IT IS JUST A BUSINESS THAT TRIES TO SCARE PEOPLE INTO BUYING UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES.

Aspen has always been helpful and efficient. I needed to be seen as soon as possible and even in this time of social distancing, they will take care of my emergency safely.

Waited 45 minutes to be seen; the only person that introduced themselves to me was the dentist, and he didn't say another word to me during the entire exam. The person who estimated the cost of my treatment and scheduled my next visit looked bored, and also had very little to say to me personally.
