The examination was very complete and there was a plan of care immediately placed was what was needed. there was no hurry to get started, and no pressure to schedule the second appointment right away; to think about all that had been discussed and the possibilities and then to call back to book the next appointments.

Tooth extraction and wrong script was sent to Pharmacy. Pharmacist called to get me something else dentist was in surgery and never returned phone call. So basically had tooth removed and part of my jaw bone to get it out and never received pain medication that day UNBELIEVABLE

Appointment time changed by Aspen one day before my visit without consultation with me. Notwithstanding the one-half hour later timing,my appointment began another 15-20 mints late (unfortunately a normal occurrence at this office).

Pricey, slow, made me wait so they could take an appointments later than mine. I left going to a new dentist, office thoroughly disgusted me. I have not a single good thing to say about the dump. when I initially made the appointment they never noted what it was for so they never even knew what was going on when I got there.

Hands down, the worst dental experience I have ever had in my life. This is a mill. A factory. An assembly line. Here, you're a number. No one called me by name. No one treated me like a patient. No one introduced themselves to me. The dentist, the hygienist, and the assistant all filed in to the room, did their poking and probing and walked out. Then the billing agent came in and escorted me to the counter for payment. Unbelievable. Worst.

Awful and terrible customer service, they don't respect you or your time!
I came to my appointment 10 minutes before the scheduled time and they check me in after 20 minuted and told me they can do my cleaning today because they're running out of time and the dentist have to leave! Besides they decided to do filling with the most expensive type without even discuss the options with me!
