I would like to start off first by saying that the scheduling process and wait time at the office were both fantastic, and that the people at the reception desk and the dental technician who I saw were all lovely. That being said, I think that the dentist and dental hygienist sometimes came off a bit condescending and judgmental of my teeth (things like saying that they would show me how to floss when I floss every night and insisting that I need Invisalign even though I’m uninsured and can’t afford it). I know I can be rather sensitive about my teeth so I don’t want to be too overly-critical of them; it’s just that it made a typically unpleasant experience a little more unpleasant. Additionally, I was told I had a cavity on one side of my mouth, but after the visit felt pain in another tooth I had previously had a filling put in and saw two small, brown holes in the top. I had initially assumed the pain in that tooth was a “phantom pain” or the result from all the prodding but I now believe that they missed potential cavities and/or a major issue with my filling. The last thing I will say concerns the treatment plan price. I came in with the first free checkup and 20% off the treatment plan promotion and while I was not billed for that checkup, there was no indication that the treatment plan had the 20% taken out or not so I’d have to ask later on the phone to find out (not a huge hassle but could lose someone a lot of money if they forgot to do so). Additionally, they want me to purchase an electric toothbrush that’s nearly $150 but didn’t say that upfront (Do I have to get it? Is it absolutely necessary for my teeth? Could I just buy a cheaper one at the store?). None of these were really addressed, so once again, it’ll be another thing I’ll need to call about and clarify. I’m not sure if I will be coming back here or not since there are other dental offices in the area, but I hope that this helps someone else.

My experience with Aspen Dental has, so far, been nothing short of AMAZING !!!!! I went in, with current tooth pain, and knowing that I had severe issues with my teeth. Everyone form the front desk , to the Doctor himself were cheerful, understanding, considerate and compassionate to my situation.
I also never thought I could possibly afford all that I already knew what I needed to be done.
Not only did the extremely helpful staff work with me to get costs figured out, but then made time right then to accomplish every step of the procedures necessary, that day, so now I only have to go back 1 time. And next Friday I will be leaving Aspen Dental with a brand new smile !!!!!

First time yesterday. The entire office team is fabulous! I do not have insurance and found the fees affordable, and I qualified for their no interest credit through Dental First I believe. The treatment plan made sense and they were very patient with my many questions. Off to a great start!

I had a crown come off a front tooth implant while traveling. Not conducive to smiling for sure. I called Aspen Dental and the gave me an appointment for the next day.
Everyone I saw and spoke to was extremely pleasant and helpful- starting with the person who I spoke to on the initial call to the person who collected my payment.
The only negative is that I had a long wait from my appointment time to when I finally saw the dentist. That aside, I’m very pleased with the care taken in re-cementing my tooth as well as the result.

Excellent first experience at the Burleson, Texas office! I have had work completed at a New York office and was very satisfied with my treatment and their dentures. Friendly and competent staff.

Be aware when setting up an appointment that the first visit is just an assessment, not a cleaning. This was not clear when I called the call center.

Call center aside, the folks in Ithaca are great.

I recently changed to this office for dental care. From my first visit to my last in October I have been very satisfied with all help and services. Kayla and Michaela have been very pleasant during the check-in and very helpful with insurance matters. I have had 2 excellent cleanings with Miranda; she is pleasant and very professional. Dr Anand did a very thorough exam on my first visit; better than any dental exams I have had to date. Thanks! I think I am a customer for life :-)

I went in experiencing a lot of tooth pain. The whole left side of my face was severely swollen. I had a severe infection in one of my molars. Luckily I was already on antibiotics. My appointment was for 8:45 but being a new patient I had to wait a little bit. Once in the staff was nothing short of amazing. They completely catered to my needs, and understood that I really don't care for dentists. 140 dollars later (with insurance) the tooth was removed and I am now home. The only thing I wished they did was laughing gas. That would have helped me way more than trying to calm myself down.
Overall a fantastic experience and I am looking forward to seeing them in the near future to have the rest of the procedures done!
