Worst customer experience I've had in awhile. I witnessed two customers come in and complain while I was waiting... Then, I ended up spending 1 hour and 40 mins waiting around to get seen by a dentist. I ended up leaving before I even got treated. Do not waste your money or TIME here.

I went there despite the bad reviews because I just needed one tooth pulled. The tooth is more than half broken, has had previously work and is being damaged by my wisdom tooth. The dentist won’t pull the tooth because he THINKS he can save it. Said he wants me to get thousands of dollars of work done and if it doesn’t fix the tooth so I’m not in pain then he would pull it.

I went and was told that I needed TEN root canals and NINE crowns. $17,000!!!!! I know I needed a few fillings but that's it. I had just seen a dentist a month ago and I'm certain that i don't need all that work. Do not trust this place, they try to do work on you that you don't even need!!!

Got my bottom left wisdom tooth removed there. The whole process was nice and easy, and I feel no pain by local anesthetic. People there were also very polite and friendly!

Staff was very professional, kind and helpful. Came in as a walk-in left 2 hours later after having 2 teeth removed and feeling much better then when I entered.

This was my second time at Aspen... first time I waited very long in the waiting room and second time I got seen immediately. However, the second time I only had a cleaning and she’s literally scraped my gums. It hurt so bad. Won’t be going back.
