Terrible! More than 90 minutes for a cleaning and exam! That's crazy! And never got the exam. Had to reschedule the exam because I had better things to do than sit in a dentist chair so long. Considering another service.

Dr Arneja is very good and giving the injections are pretty much painless. Not a fan of dentist but this dentist is 4 1/2 star rated.

The woman I spoke to today at the call center was absolutely fabulous and then I had called the Ithaca office and the woman I had spoke to was absolutely delightful they're very sweet people down there and very helpful
