My experience has been positive to the point of almost life altering. I first visited for the removal of my amalgam fillings. The staff and Dr Merrill took time to answer my question and they were more affordable than other options I looked into.
The life change is regarding the custom mouth peice Dr. Merrill created for me after discovering I was grinding my teeth at night and the sculpting he did on a tooth that has finally allowed me to have a more comfortable bite where my rear teeth finally touch!
No other dentist I have ever been to had told me I was a grinder or that they could fix my bite so easily.
After wearing the mouth guard my constant shoulder ache is GONE! I could not be more appreciative of Dr. Merrill, his wife the caring staff and the little office mascot, Steve.

I can not say enough good things about NorthStar Dentistry. Dr. Merrill,treatment above and beyond. He took extra time and effort to not only put a permanent filling in a tooth that recently had a root canal. He reshaped the the damaged tooth, looks good as new! Dr. Merrill, the front office staff and medical staff are excellent.

What a great experience! The hygenist (Jillian) brought me right back and walked me through everything that she was doing. The dentist was thorough and straightforward. Plus my teeth felt minty-fresh when I left. First visit, so far so good!

This is my 2nd post about the beautiful experience I've had on my journey to restore my smile with the expertise of Dr. Merrill, his beautiful wife Natalie, Amber the gentle hygienist, Sarah and Peggy an awesome team! It's sounds ironic, even a little strange, to speak of dental work as a
" beautiful experience" but its simply the truth. I have not stopped smiling since I received my new smile. My confidence and well being are getting back to normal- thank you Northstar.

This was the most clean, kind, professional, and caring dentist I have ever been to. The main dentist himself, his wife, and all of his staff that I came in contact with were super sweet and patient and also considerate. This office has many little perks that just make your experience comfortable and wonderful! Everything from the all natural chapstick they gave me when my lips were dry during my procedure, to a salt scrub in the bathroom for your hands and a keurig in the front office, it feels as cozy as a dentist office can. And the procedure itself was as painless and comforting as possible. I am grateful to have discovered this office. The dentist is very talented and truly cares about his career and his patients which is not always the case, especially for me with past offices. I have been accommodated and cared for like at no other dentist or doctors office I have ever been to! I am so grateful and thankful for this wonderful establishment and staff running it.

I’m in awe...I’ve never experienced a dentist office like this one! Everyone is kind, caring, genuinely wanted to get to know me, and Steve (the cute puppy) was the sweetest thing. It even smelled like a restaurant because they bake homeade bread there. You can’t get any better than this! Dr. Merrill fixed my problem in a very simple way and I never once felt like I was ‘being sold to’ or talked into something that I didn’t need right now which is how I have felt at other dental offices and why I went searching for a new dentist. I hit the jackpot! I’ve already booked my next appt and have told my entire family they need to start going to Northstar. What an amazing office, so glad I found them!

You would never think going to the dentist would be pleasant but this office staff does just that. From friendly smiles as soon as you walk in the door to feeling like you are the only patient they have all day, I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Dr. Dubrinski is always willing to answer any questions and has educated me in why certain things need to be done. Honestly the best dental work I have ever received.
