I love my new dentist! The ladies at the front are so welcoming and the rest of the staff is amazing! Amber is my hygienist and she is awesome! The atmosphere is very clean and homey. I have had a crown put in, a cleaning, and a mouth guard made there. Each appointment is short and sweet. So far each appointment has been done right and I am so happy with my services. It’s also nice to see the little dog walking around saying hello to all the patients. Dr. Merrill is very friendly and tells it like it is. He will give you information from a less invasive point of view to the most extreme and unnecessary things you would want to do for a procedure. He actually saved me from doing something crazy that a previous dentist recommend me to do.

My favorite Dentist and office staff EVER!!! You will feel like family and appreciate the beautiful office environment. It is so relaxing and you need to ask about the amazing amenities they offer. Our entire family has been seen by Dr. Merrill and his amazibg friendly staff. Honestly I did not want to write this review because I am a little selfish. If everyone finds out how good he and his staff are, it will be hard to get appointments. Just being honest - they rock. Thank you for everything you do for our family. Earle

Dr. Merrill and his staff are caring and professional and their office is so warm and inviting. You know you'll be well taken care of the minute you sit in the patient chair. Dr. Merrill and his wife, Natalie, restored my mouth and smile back to health! They are passionate at what they do and take great care at making you feel comfortable with the work being done. I had leaking gold crowns with amalgam fillings underneath from my youth that were decaying and unhealthy; two of those were fractured and one had an abscess that needed attention. It was amazing how my mouth felt so much healthier when the crowns and fillings were removed! I also have three implants that they restructured for a seamless fit where the post meets the gum tissue. Their lab technician worked meticulously building each tooth to be sure everything looked natural. They knew I was a clencher and also built me a heavy duty night guard to protect my new smile. Dr. Merrill is very knowledgeable with years of experience and Is dedicated to giving his patients a confident smile that will last. I am very humbled by the amount of time and care they spent on my case and grateful for my new, healthy smile! If you are searching for a dentist that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Dr. Merrill and his staff! They are changing lives one smile at a time :)

Dr. Merrill is the best! I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist and he is very empathetic and patient with me. His staff is just as patient and caring too! They all provide outstanding dental services! And the staff always ensues I know what I will owe before scheduling a recommended procedure which is extremely important as well.

Such a great experience! Beautiful office and I absolutely love Steve the therapy dog! Dr. Brunn was very professional and took his time to examine my teeth. The entire staff was SO sweet and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this office, so glad I found them!

Dr Merrill and the staff at NorthStar Dentistry are super friendly, professional, and who doesn't love therapy dog, Steve!! I really can't thank them enough for getting to the root of my headaches; I had no idea I was clenching my teeth at night and the night guard they fit for me did the trick! I'll admit it took a couple weeks to get used to but I'm now 99% headache-free and will never go without a night guard again. And special thanks to Amber, my hygienist, who is so personable and always does such a thorough job during my cleanings. I'm a patient for life!!

I recently moved to the area & decided on Northstar because of the positive reviews. I have a lot of anxiety about dentist due to past experiences. Dr. Bunn is the best. He is so kind and makes sure you are comfortable & explains in detail about what he’s going to do. Katey is super sweet & you just feel so comfortable. The whole office staff is just amazing & so friendly. Steve the dog is just precious. No one loves going to the dentist, but everyone here sure makes it a lot easier.

I had my first appointment at NorthStar today and was very pleased with the service and staff. The team was very thorough during my cleaning and our discussion afterwards. I also love that their therapy dog, Steve! What a great way to make people feel more relaxed at the dentist. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist or is new to the area.

I actually called and left messages with several offices before finding NorthStar. This was the only one to return my call. When I spoke with Haliegh, she could not have been any more nice, friendly, and helpful. She went above and beyond in helping sort things out with insurance.

My hygenist Jillian was fantastic every step of the way. Dr. Merrill was so kind, caring, and really treated my dental needs on an individual basis. It was clear that he wasn't just giving me blanket solutions- he carefully considered what the best course of action for my specific issues would be.

I am someone who despises going to the dentist, but this experience was different. I wasn't anxious and they did not make me feel scared in any way about future visits. I was nearly in tears after an appointment with a different dentist a month ago, but I felt better leaving the NorthStar office than I did when my appointment began! I highly recommend them to anyone!
