I've also recently started using a night guard from Dr. Merrill for my TMJ and clenching issues, which were causing frequent headaches, neck and shoulder pain. This is the best thing I could have done for myself. It's already made a huge difference in decreasing headaches and jaw pain, just in the two shorts weeks I've been using it. If you suffer from teeth/jaw clenching or TMJ, please give their night guards a try. It'll change your life.

Doctor took his time examining me and was very pleasant as well. The office is beautiful, very clean and had the utmost friendly staff, not to mention a friendly welcome from Steve the dog. Lol
