Great experience after avoiding dentists for many years. I felt like my time was valued and my issues were sincerely addressed, in a way that was both friendly and professional. Dr. Merrill quickly examined and identified what was going on in my mouth, and explained how it was all interrelated. He advised me on a reasonable plan of action, but with no pressure at all. Laura did a great job shining up my teeth from frequent coffee soakings! The whole office, staff, and atmosphere was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Sarah did a great job getting me all checked in and back out again, explaining what would be done on my next visit and how much it was projected to cost. Great people, highly professional, but they still have a great sense of humor and truly value your business. This is my new dentist.

Superb facility. Dr. Merrill, his wife Natalie and the staff of Northstar Dentistry for Adults are the definition of professional and make you feel like more than a patient. You feel like family. Thank you so much for the excellent dental care you have always given me, but more recently with giving me veneers. I didn’t realize how life changing it would be for me. Thank you for giving me a smile I can be proud of. They look and feel amazing! The size and shape are perfect for me. I could not ask for them to be any better. It’s amazing what they have done for my self confidence. I feel so beautiful. I can’t stop smiling! I can’t thank you guys enough. I’m a new person. You guys are amazing!!

Dr. Bunn and Heather was AMAZING!!! I was scheduled to get a fill-in and implant, I was super nervous, but they made me feel comfortable and relaxed as I went through the process. I would highly recommend this dentist office for all seeking dental care. It was truly a 5-Star experience!

The staff was friendly and welcoming! Amber, the dental hygienist, did a thorough cleaning and explained each step. I am also impressed with the complete oral exam of my gums, teeth and jaw done by Dr. Merrill. He listened intently and sincerely after asking me what my goals are for my dental health and offered practical steps in how I can reach those goals over time. I highly recommend this wonderful dentist office!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Bunn for the last year and are extremely satisfied with his service. From the hygienists (Amber and Dallas) to the receptionists everyone will greet you with a smile. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and will make you feel comfortable visiting the dentist office regardless of how long it has been since your last visit.

To begin with I read the bios on the two dentist (and their team members) representing the dentistry practice and was impressed with their education and levels of experience. Upon entering their office I was immediately impressed with the office Manager and Administrators attitudes and professionalism, The dental hygienist was by far the most knowledgeable dental hygienist I have ever met. I actually thought she was a dentist in training. After the initial exam Dr Merrill came in and asked what was I expecting from his team. After discussing the issues I was having with my teeth Dr Merrill did a thorough exam and took the time to explain everything he had found. Together we made a plan to restore my teeth. Today I walked out with a schedule that will have me feeling better and have a great smile as well in the very near future . I highly recommend NorthStar Dentistry to anyone that has put off going to the dentist or that needs someone to keep their teeth healthy and looking good year after year.

From Tina: by far the BEST dentist I have ever been too. The office is beautiful, the secretaries are so sweet and my hygienist is amazing!! I had my fillings done and I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing, Dr. Merril Did a great job, I need to mention his lovely wife, she was caring and made me feel very comfortable during the work being done. They really make you feel like part of their family. If you want an honest and very qualified dentist I highly recommend them.

Outstanding and Dr. Merrill is the best dentist ever. The commitment, compassion, care and service provided is amazing each visit. The office environment is so warm and cozy and I always feel right at home. Unfortunately I have had significant dental work but because of the expertise and excellent work of Dr. Merrill it has always been a breeze!

It is hard to find a great dentist. In my time in the Cornelius area, my wife and I have found a great dentistry.
