This is the best Dental Clinic I have ever been to. All of the staff have great attention to detail, explains things in a way that’s easy to understand, actually works with you to get you on a plan towards your goals, and has been the most thorough with their exams. I would recommend anyone to go here. So glad I found this place!

It was my first time going to NorthStar and I am extremely anxious about dentist to begin with. I was greater warmly but the ladies at the front desk. Dallas, the tech who cleaned my teeth, was absolutely amazing. I have never had a more gentle cleaning before! Dr Merrill himself listed to me and was helpful. The best part of my visit, the part that enabled me to relax was Steve- the practice’s dog. He snuggled on my lap the entire time I was there. I never thought I would say this about a dentist but I am looking forward to going back. Thank you NorthStar!

Phenomenal. That’s the first word that comes to mind. My hygienist, I believe her name was Nicole, was so kind and so caring. I expressed how I was feeling slightly anxious as I had not paid a visit to the dentist in over 8 years. She did not judge and she was so incredibly sweet. Best dental experience ever.

AMAZING first visit to NorthStar Dentistry. Amber my Hygienist was awesome, as was Dr. Merrill, my dentist. I was in for a routine cleaning and X-rays, but while I was there we also spent a good deal of time talking about my nighttime clenching and what we can do to fix it. They were fun, informative and interested in more than just my teeth (although they were very interested in my teeth and gums). And Steve their four-legged assistant was the best! I highly recommend you choose NorthStar if you want to go to a dental practice that is full of nice, caring people who want you to have the best smile and healthiest mouth possible!

Dr. Merrill and the staff at NorthStar Dentisty are incredible. I came to their office based on a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad I did. The environment they have created makes going to the dentist a positive experience! They are a practice for adults which was appealing to me. They always ensure I’m doing okay during my visit. Steve, Dr. Merrill’s therapy dog, also makes the experience 1,000 times better too! This practice goes above and beyond to make your dental experience as pleasant as possible. I cannot recommend them enough!

I had a wonderful experience! Dr. Bunn is efficient and great at explaining the procedure. Allisen at the front desk, and all the staff I was introduced to were incredibly nice and helpful during my visits! Definitely makes going to the dentist more enjoyable.

Dr Merrill and his team are top notch. I did a lot of research before settling on this, for me, out-of-town dental practice. Not only is the office a most pleasant place with comfy perks and relaxed, efficient and good-humored people who work well together, but the dentist also is highly proficient technically and about two steps ahead of his peers when it comes to using the best dental materials. Dr. Merrill both explains and listens well and I’ve never felt rushed in our conversations which is important to me. He found and fixed a problem from another dentist for me. I trust him a lot. Dr. Merrill takes an incrementalist approach to treatment. Outstanding in his field.
