I work and live in uptown Charlotte and make the trip to Huntersville for Dr. Merrill and his amazing team. Every person in this office is friendly, professional, and genuinely care about you and your health. The office is lovely with complimentary coffee, WiFi, and the smell of cinnamon bread baking. The entire experience is wonderful and you almost forget you are going to the dentist. I am so happy I have Jillian and Dr. Merrill as my oral health team!
edit as of 10/23/2018: As if this place could get any better. They've recently "hired" on the sweetest therapy dog named Steve. You don't have to meet Steve if you don't want to but if you're having any anxiety about your dental cleaning or work he is the sweetest little dachshund to help calm you down with some snuggles. I absolutely love Dr. Merrill and his great team. They do everything possible to make it the most comfortable, happy, and pleasant trip to the dentist. Cannot recommend them enough for not only cleanings but if you also have issues with TMD and need a mouth guard!

Dr. Merrill is the best dentist you can find in Charlotte/Huntersville/Concord area. Excellent customer service. I would recommend this facily to all but specially to the ones that hates the dentist experience because I promese that he will change your perception of the dental visit!!!!Amazing staff including Mrs. Peggy, Michelle and the others. The score of patient satisfaction It's a 10 plus when you visit your dentist and have top notch service plus PARAFFIN WAX treatment to your hands complimentary!! 😍

I have been enjoying this place until I was stacked up so high with cost. Pricing breakdowns before scheduling any service was not discussed and now my insurance is maxed out? I’m sorry but this is it. I literally just paid them out of pocket at last service so this cannot be true.

I was referred to dr.Merrill I came in for a cleaning and check up. I knew I needed a new night guard he was great explaining what our plan is going to be. The staff was so nice and dr.Steve was great he took a nap on my lap. I was very impressed with how personable dr Merrill was so happy I changed!
