I waited until after my procedure to make a review and I’m glad I did! IT WAS THE STAFF FOR ME! My first visit was with Dr. Shanks and he was so caring and explained what was best for me and then helped me to make plans for dental work I should have done in the near future. Christina was super sweet! She literally spent time with me to discuss different prices with anesthesia and without and I’m sure she had plenty of other things she could have been doing but she did it without hesitation!
I had my root canal yesterday and let’s just say I am a BIG baby! I was so lucky to have Chelsea in the room. She has the biggest, caring heart I can just tell. Thank you guys for taking care of me, especially with such a caring attitude!

I haven’t had much luck in finding a good dentist office in Crossville since moving here. I had my first appointment today at Northside for my cleaning. Peggy was amazing and the staff were all very nice. I already have an appointment for next week to have my tooth pulled and an implant started. I’m excited I can get all the work needed done in their office plus I don’t need to wait months for appointments like in other offices I’ve been to. I highly recommend. I’m very pleased so far! I just wish I found them sooner!

I have always had horrible experience with dentists all my life but this is the first time I wasn't just terrified. The office staff was all so sweet and kind. The atmosphere is not a dentists office atmosphere it's very very relaxing and calm . I highly recommend to everyone. I will definitely be back. Thank you all so much for calming my nerves. Recently had my veneers redone after 22 years. The veneers are absolutely gorgeous and the staff was very friendly. Dentistry has changed a ton over the last 20 years and Northside is with times! Everything is high tech, which makes the visit a lot easier on the patient. I would highly recommend this practice. You will not be disappointed!

Came in for my new patient exam and I will not go to another dentist. Going to the dentist office usually scares me but here I felt at home. The dentist that came in Dr Levey was wonderful. He acknowledged all the issues I’m having with my teeth and told me all the options to correct them. He was very down to earth which I really like! If I could rate him a 10 I definitely would!
