I never thought I would say my dental visit was pleasant but Northside is awesome!! From the time you walk in the door your visit is great. Everyone is very friendly. The young lady at the front desk ( sorry I don't know her name but she has a cute new haircut) is awesome and everyone you meet is really nice and friendly. The dentist is very professional and sings while he is doing your procedure!! We have only lived here 7 months and happy to have found our dentist so quickly...

Absolutely amazing experience. My 13 year old son is autistic. Our dental hygienist Misty was fabulous. She was patient and very professional. I couldn't be more pleased. She didn't baby talk Noah but instead communicated with him on a level I have rarely encountered. She has obviously found her calling. I'll gladly take Noah and the rest of my family here for life!

So who likes dentists? Well, let me tell you-from the curbside appearance, the ambiance, the very minimal wait time,, to the price (I had no insurance) to the staff- (Gabby, Christina), especially.! I've never been soooo satisfied in a moment must seem to be terrible. Recommend them with all my being!💯

I would definitely recommend Northside Family Dentistry. Very efficient, clean, friendly!!!!!! Misty the Hygienist was amazing. I have a horrible gag reflex during the X-ray process. She put salt on my tongue and I did not gag one time!!! I just moved to Crossville from Florida and very thankful I found this office.This was definitely a pleasant experience. I will not go anywhere else.

This office is uniquely special. Most officers I have been to have dozens of people in the waiting room and it seems like they rush people in and out. Not this office. Even though the entire team was very busy, they actually had time to talk and get to know me… It made me feel very welcomed. The office is immaculately clean and the state of the art technology is amazing. Both dentists that I met were extremely warm and friendly, and are very up-to-date on the newest techniques and technologies. I want my teeth to look good, feel good, and last a long time. This week I had my scheduled clean and polish appointment. I was booked with Natasha. I had the best experience I have ever had with cleaning. I was concerned about some staining on my teeth and thought that I would have to put up with it. Not so! I had two broken teeth, one was a broken off wisdom tooth and the other was a cracked molar. I was apprehensive about the dentist being able to remove the wisdom tooth because it was broken off at the gum line. Dr. Darrel Clabough was great. The local anesthetic shots didn't hurt (I didn't want to be sedated)and it only took him minutes to remove the wisdom tooth. All of the staff are extremely nice and professional. I would strongly recommend and will return for my cleanings and any other work I may need done in the future.
