They were able to get us an appointment within only a couple days and Everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Shanks was very nice, listened to all our concerns, explained all our options and was willing to work with us and our budget.
Christina (hygienist) did my wife’s cleaning was super nice and it wasn’t painful like we’ve experienced with other cleanings. I had the pleasure of working with Peggy and Natasha both were extremely pleasant. I would give them a 10!

As a first time patient, I give all thumbs up to organization, customer care, professionalism, friendliness, and state if the art technology. From Hannah at reception, to Peg in patient orientation, to Natasha in hygienist, to Dr Shanks....all 5 stars!! The only thing issue is 3% fee if paying by credit card. This office is run by wonderful folks. Natasha is the best hygienist I have ever had....thorough and gentle. The new patient care is above and beyond...digital pictures are phenomenal. I need some bonding on a couple of receding gum teeth...so I write write back after having that procedure done. I am a wimp at a dentist, so I'll be looking for how Dr Shanks gives novacaine injections. If no fee for credit card use, clearly a 5+ review.

They were amazing and made me feel like we were old time friends. Expensive, but very thorough and helpful. I was disappointed that my first appointment was only a check up. I assumed it included the cleaning. Now I have to go back. At the very least it should be noted on the website to call to get both in your first appointment. But like I said, good.

Very professional experience from start to finish. Feels like my dentist I grew up with for 38 years before he retired. They took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and explain the process and why it was the best solution for what I came in for. The office environment and service is what you expect from professionals. 5 Star, A+. No, I was not a friend of the practice prior to my first visit. Hope this review helps.
