Staff was extremely friendly and helpful making for very pleasant experience. Excellent communication. I chose them because they offer sedation dentistry. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they are pricey . If not for the sedation, I would have gone elsewhere since I do live on a tight budget.

The front desk staff is so friendly, always greeting you with a smile. And then tou go to the back where the girls and Dr. Shanks treat you with respect and kindness. They put your worries at ease and make your dental experience a great one - which I've not had before.

2 times the dentist (not dr Shanks) has ripped my mouth apart in what should have been a simple procedure. My shirt covered in blood. They didn't remove the gauze rolls put in to hold the lip up. Wasn't needed to leave in. I will NEVER RETURN THERE!!!!

I received a crown utilizing Dr. Shanks' new 3D printer. My new crown was made while I was still in the dental chair. It only took about 30 minutes and the crown was ready to install. The new crown was a perfect fit. I highly recommend Northside Family Dentistry for your dental care.

Johnny Shanks is an artist of his profession and simply one of the best. His removal of my upper molar with a cracked root was trouble free. It was my first sedated procedure. No bleeding, swelling, discomfort, sore jaw joint or lingering deadening of the lips after the procedure. If there is such a thing as a pleasant dental procedure then this was it. Highly recommended.

I was in trouble, in pain and uncomfortable. The staff arranged a visit and Dr Clabough and nurses took care of the rest. The entire staff was experienced, capable and very pleasant. The operation went smoothly and without complications. Today I'm on the road to healing and with a reachable dental plan for the future. I highly recommend this professional team.
