When I called to schedule an appointment for my mom I asked if they accepted her insurance. They said yes but she would have to pay up front and they would then bill the insurance who would reimburse her. Then said they had a $99 new patient special for xrays, cleaning and exam. She was in the dentist chair for over 2 hours, I think waiting much of that time. Then when we checked out they charged about $150 instead of $99, saying they had to do more than the usual cleaning. My mom said they didn't inform her of this. Then they indicated her insurance was out of network and she would have to settle with them. Guess what? They don't cover services from this dental practice. So, beware! I specifically asked about the insurance before booking the appointment and they said they took it. No mention that it was out of network till she checked out. Staff was nice but very deceiving with the booking.
