I had a bridge replacement, one cavity filled and two crowns installed. I was in the chair about 4 1/2 hours and never felt any pain. The dental equipment is state of the art and the staff is just great - professional, congenial and thoroughly trained. I have been a patient here since moving to FFG in 2016 and I highly recommend this practice for your total dental needs.

But from the phone call to make my first dentist appointment to the time I walked out after my appointment, I felt confidence in choosing Northside Family Dentistry. Peggy, my dental hygienist was very kind and informative and made me feel comfortable. She answered many questions and she was gentle yet thorough with my cleaning. Dr. Shanks actually sat down with me and we talked before my exam. He took the time to explain my exrays and a game plan for future work if needed. Thank you for making me feel welcome to your business and to the community. My family and I love Dr. Shanks and his staff. My husband has an extreme fear of the dentist, but the staff made him feel very comfortable and understood his fear instead of criticizing him. After more than 10 years, he was able to comfortably get a cleaning again. Lauren is so good and so patient with my daughter, she actually gets excited to come get her teeth cleaned! Thanks to the welcoming and friendly atmosphere here, I will never go anywhere else again!
