An answer to prayer! Really! We needed an expectionally good dentist, and we are so thankful Dr. Shanks was recommended to us. We have visited this office many times. The staff at Northside has been wonderful. From the greeting at the door, to hygienists, chair side assistants, billing, every area of service to patients has been kind, sensitive, and eager to make a visit to the dentist a positive experience. (That's a difficult thing to do, but these people are really nice!)
My first visit was a request for a second opinion. I was scheduled to drive to another city with a special x-ray machine for a long, expensive procedure with a specialist, but I decided to get a second opinion from a local dentist first, someone who has lots of technology in his his office- Dr. Shanks. Good choice. Dr. Shanks solved the problem (simply) and saved me a lot of pain and $ in another city. So, I was dedicated to him. However, my husband went to Dr. Clabough, new to this office, but not new to dentistry, and he has been so pleased with Dr. Clabough, I would feel comfortable seeing him too.
