The entire staff was great and informative. Dr. Shanks presented his recommendations very professionally and in understandable terms.
Dr. Shanks’ assistant Jamie was the most assuring person that answered all of my questions and concerns. She seemed to be very knowledgeable about the implant procedures as well as the options available for my needs. Jamie is the perfect person to be meeting with prospective clients as she is well versed in this profession and does really care about your best interest.

I was so apprehensive about step 1 of my dental implant. I just can’t believe how great I feel! No swelling no bruising and minimal pain. The staff members are amazing! And to my surprise I was given a bag with everything I needed post operatively - soup, boost, Gatorade and more. It was a great example overall! Very nice people, Dr. Shanks explained the details very clearly. He also showed how the implants would be set. They couldn't have been more friendly. The only thing that went wrong was in the begining I asked how much would the implants cost I was quoted $28,000 and no more. And I had indicated that I needed both upper and lower then after the interview the price was $57,000 at that point they explained that it was $28,000 for the bottom only. I was so disappointed . But I would recommend these folks to those people that are willing to pay that much.

Had my teeth cleaned and x-rays done by Peggy today. She is VERY good at her job. I would highly recommend her as your hygienist!
The new procedures (Covid guidelines) weren't nearly as terrible as I thought. I felt that they are doing all that they can to keep things sterile and I felt very safe and confident

After two botched root canals (from a different location) and two infections as a result of these all in the same tooth in just 3 months... I am VERY pleased with the service I received. I was able to get my root canal finished properly (again at a different location) and was visiting my parents and needed a crown done. I called and was able to make an appointment for the next day and had the crown delivered and placed during this appointment. The staff was phenomenal and my tooth feels like it did prior to all this. I am able to eat properly and not in excruciating pain. I am so very thankful for being able to be seen and given the use of my teeth back. I will be returning for future dentistry needs without a doubt. Thank you!!!
