I have bad anxiety and panic attacks. I went to them with a infected tooth. I came in to get it pulled and panicked. The dentist was amazing she was understanding. She offered to give me a pill and to come back. But I had to end up being put to sleep. Dr Worley ended up pulling my tooth today. He was wonderful. Answered all my questions and cut up with me during the whole thing. It was fast and done. He was very understanding so was the whole staff at aspen dental!

I was pleased with the professional ability of my Aspen financial officer. I was not very happy with waiting more than 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time. I was there at 1pm and did not get seen by the dentist until 3 pm.

My first visit with Aspen was for X-rays and consultation the dentist did not have time to speak he just said what my problem was without addressing
me . He never acknowledged my name or my presence he just examined my mouth and went about his way. My second visit my appointment was at 12 p.m. I sat in the waiting room until 1:40 finally got up and left was never called to the front counter was never acknowledged I was there even though I signed in .. I got an email saying I miss my appointment please call and reschedule I did not miss my appointment I was there for 1 hour and 40 minutes.. when I called Aspen to ask him to take me off of their mailing list the receptionist was very rude and hung up on me so no they are not professional they are like an assembly line that does not have time to deal with a patient I will not recommend them . I rate them zero in every category

I walked in off the street on a Saturday no less and I was not a "patient of record". So many dentists will only make time for an emergency if you are. The doctor saw me right away. She explained everything in a way I could understand and was actually great to talk to. I'm actually changing my dentist office to Aspen Dental because the staff there actually make you feel like a person instead of just a number and chart.

I was completely unhappy with my experience here. Rushed through like it was a production line. Dentist ran in and ran out. My cleaning was far from thorough. Charged for unnecessary work, telling me inaccuracies to get me to agree. Yes... this place has cheap cleanings and financing available... but you get what you pay for. I wouldn't send my dog for dental work here.

Sheila is a wonderful dental assistant. This was my third cleaning/checkup with her, and she didn't hurt me at all. I appreciate her gentle touch as I have sensitive teeth. She also provided a very thorough cleaning. She gave me advice on whitening and complimented me for doing a good job on taking care of my teeth. Her demeanor was very pleasant and always quick with a smile. Don't let this one go, Dr.Pham!!

Today I was seen at Aspen Dental in Johnson City. I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised by the staff and Dentist . The staff were all super efficient and professional as well as friendly. Unlike previous experiences with Aspen Dental I felt valued and listened to . I was much impressed by the female Dentist ! She is a whirlwind and very good at her job ! All in all it was as pleasant an experience as going to the Dentist can be ! 🙂
