I have a great experience with everyone there each time I go. The dentist is wonderful and the employees are also great. I’ve have multiple teeth pulled here and some fillings. No complaints everything healed great and had no issues at all.

I asked on the phone about additional charges because $500 can turn into $800 really fast. They assured me other than perhaps a difficult mold or something, there's nothing else. When I showed up, the first thing they asked for was $19. Now that would have been fine it were mentioned beforehand. It just felt like I'm supposed to think as more expensive than what any advertising says. I'm sure Aspen is great, I have spoken with them and hope to have a more honest experience. So hopefully I keep you updated.

I didn't really appreciate how long i had to wait to see someone. Took me back to a exam room for a hour till someone see me to look in my mouth and then send me back to the receptionist to look at what kind of dentures I wanted and back to the waiting room for another half hour to get fitted. Very unprofessional.

Aspen Dental has given me a great experience involving a procedure I always feared....a "wisdom tooth extraction". The experience I had was nothing like I ever expected. The staff was polite and professional and considerate of my concerns. The very old man that I am still has a kid buried inside that feared dentists from past experiences with other dental offices. I never expected a visit to the dentist to be so pleasant. I would recommend Aspen Dental to any "kid" no matter how old you are.

I had a very bad experience I came in just for a simple cap that had came off. That held my bottom partial in. She said pretty much I need to pull that tooth and she tried to sell me some implants and a whole new top plate and bottom plate. and she started talking about the quality of the dentures she said they are very bad quality. The implants and the top and bottom plate was quoted at $10,000 to $15,000 thousand dollars. she act like she was in a very big hurry to get to the next person she said there's nothing I can do for u. Unless you get a top and bottom set of dentures. I left there went to another dentist it took him maybe 35-40 minutes and he had me fixed and I walked out for $100

Very high prices. They told me I had cavities and I went to Alamont dental for a second opinion and they found no cavities. Alpine does very little work and uses other referrals for most of the work like root canals. Would not recommend. Nice people though.

I believe this place is a scam. I went in with a broken tooth and also an abscess on the other side of my mouth. The dentist came in and before even looking me in the eye, stood behind me looking at her computer and telling me that I had to have the tooth pulled or a root canal. That's fine, I figured as much. But then she says I have 12 cavities. That part is hard to believe because I had none at my last dentist visit. Also she tried to sell me a $500+ mouth guard because I grind my teeth at night. (I got one for $11 at Walgreens.) While she was explaining everything I asked her to slow down and explain it a little more, and she was rude and dismissive of my requests and questions. Still in extreme pain from the abscess, she didn't even give me antibiotics, saying that it would have to heal on its own. The dentist spent maybe 3 minutes with me, then rushed me off to the payment office. When the payment office lady asked about my visit, I told her it was like a hit & run and the dentist was rude. She said that the dentist is just a fast talker and that's how she is. Bottom line, I called and made an appointment with a different dentist and will never set foot in Aspen again.

This place is ridiculously expensive!!! My husband went in for what we thought was going to be one of the two fillings that he has been trying to get done for 2 months now. They are a bunch of con artist. He ended up getting the two teeth that he has that a partial hooks to cleaned. Had already had them scaled and cleaned on the first visit. Which cost $215.00. This time it cost $212.00. By the time he gets these 2 teeth filled it will have cost us $995.00. That is ridiculous!!! Lesson learned the hard way. Don't go here if you want to have any money left when your done.

Have been a patient there for over 6 years. They have been excellent to me, even when I didn't have insurance. Teresa Davenport and Dr Pharm Johnson is excellent. Really appreciate them so much.

I was at office, was told I wasn't on books, walked out called office and was told my appointment was made in Johnson City and not Greeneville office. All in all after 3 hours, I was told to come back for today. I have to get impression done for teeth, a filling, and gum cleaning. So two stars is what I give for now.
