I have never entered any Doctors office and been treated with so much kindness and respect! From heart doctors all the way to Dentist, by far the best experience of my life with the Johnson City location! I wish I could give them 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone has been nice and made me feel at home. With much needed work done they have not been judgemental and have not made me feel uncomfortable at all. They helped with a payment plan and seemed very reasonable on their Rates.
Very clean business and friendly, professional people. I will be going back after my second Visit to have more work done and i am very pleased with my overall experience.

I found the staff and care to be fantastic. They take all the time you need to explain everything to you, be that treatment options or how you can pay. Speaking of paying, I found their pricing to be roughly the same or lower than other dentists in the area that I had contacted.

I called last minute and they went out of their way to schedule me the next morning. The staff was polite and I got in on time. Yes, they told me things I needed, but they gave me the prices and options of when I could get the services. I didn’t opt for everything, and they weren’t pushy about the things I declined. The hygienist was the best I have ever had. She is polite and extremely informative. Of course everyone’s experience is different, but I had a great experience at the Johnson City location.

This place is all about the money it took over 2.5 hours for me to be seen then once I was seen the dentist came in for all of 5 minutes but then provided over 3500.00 worth of stuff I did NOT need everyone was really nice until started refusing services such as the 140.00 tooth brush she tried to sell me when I was asked to walk to the check when I tried to ask the dentist questions she was short and rushed and told me they would explain everything to me at the front desk.. I waited over and hour just for the dentist to come in they did NOT explain thing well once when the dentist ask me if I wanted certain things that were OPTIONAL and when I said NO she STILL added it to my "treatment" plan I went in to get a cleaning and a front tooth fixed only to be there for over 3 hours and left the same way I walked in the lady that went over "explaining" my treatment plan was super nice until I told her that I didn't want that 140.00 tooth brush I ended up getting up and walking out this place was a JOKE and only after MONEY it really sad!!!! I will NEVER step foot in that place NOR would I recommend this place to my worst enemy..

Scheduled my first dentist appointment with them in 2 years. I thought I was coming in for a routine exam and cleaning, but only got the exam. They took 18 x-rays! The Dr then came to look at the x-rays and only spent about 5 minutes actually looking at my teeth. From that she said I needed a root canal and sent me to speak with the office manager about pricing. Went to another dentist to get a second opinion and I was actually fine. Will never go back here. The female black dentist was very rude when speaking to me.

Staff was very polite and the office was clean. I was provided with all the information I asked for and needed. They worked with me to try to accommodate me with some financing options, both which were unsuccessful. Pricing options could have been better or have payment options through the office itself, but overall I had a great experience. Couldn't beat the xray cost anywhere else. I would definitely recommend aspen to others. :)

I've never ever liked going to the dentist. Yesterday, I went to Aspen Dental for the first time and it was an awesome experience. There was plenty of staff and they were wonderful, friendly and very good at what they do. I had 3 teeth pulled and I'm a little bit sore, but it was the best dental visit that I have ever experienced. I still need more work done and I'm actually looking forward to it. I will recommend them to anyone who needs dental work done. Thank you Aspen Dental!

So far very professional found out more than I wanted Siri glad I changed dentists

I had a very rocky start to getting my denture put in around 4 years ago, but I am not on the other side and couldn't be happier. The only reason for the 4 stars is sometimes I have to deal with people in the office that are not the doctor and they end up screwing up my dentures, for things like adjustments and relines. My doctor is great and wants to make sure you leave feeling comfortable and satisfied.
